Chapter 16 Draco and Aiden Dragon and the Sorting

Aiden followed Hermione into the carriage. When the sharp-eyed Ron saw Aiden, he immediately felt confident.

"Aiden, help us teach this little Death Eater a lesson."

Draco was furious when he heard this.

"Look at this pair of strange eyes. They belong to the Prewett family. Do you want to go along with Weasley, a pure-blood traitor?"

"Take back what you said." Ron took out his wand and tried to cast a spell on Draco, but unfortunately nothing happened.

"You dare to cast a spell on me, Crabbe, Goyle, teach them a lesson." Draco was enraged and commanded his followers.

“That’s enough.”

Aiden opened his eyes wide and used the shock skill. The pupils of his heterochromatic eyes stood up, making everyone present panic and chaos as if they were facing a dragon.

Draco and his group were so frightened that they fell to the ground and crawled out in panic.

"My father will hear about this."

After Draco and the others left, Aiden also released his words of comfort to everyone in the carriage.

"Good guy, fear in the left hand, comfort in the right hand. He is a new-age auxiliary master." Aiden complained silently in his heart.

"This is amazing, Aiden, teach me this." Ron spoke first.

"Okay, I'll give you two books for you to read first. They're the ones Dumbledore sent me last time. You've seen them at home." Aiden rolled his eyes.

"Never mind." Ron's enthusiasm didn't even last three minutes.

Seeing that the situation had calmed down, Hermione and Neville also started chatting with Harry, and for a while Neville put the toad behind his mind.

The train was about to arrive at the station, and the five people said goodbye to each other and returned to their respective carriages.

"Aren't you going to change into your robes, Aiden?" Hermione asked.

Aiden took out his wand and tapped his clothes. Under the effect of magic, the clothes slowly turned into a robe.

"Oh, you are really good at Transfiguration. I have tried several times at home but failed."

Aiden didn't respond, but pulled Neville out. They both changed into their school uniforms and got off the train.

"First years please gather here." Hagrid's loud voice ensured that every little wizard heard his call.

By this time it was completely dark. The weather in England in September was very bad, and soon it began to drizzle.

"Waterproof and moisture-proof." Aiden, Hermione and Neville cast a waterproof spell on themselves. Since Aiden did not use a wand, Neville's eyes widened.

Arriving at the Black Lake, Hagrid shouted to the young wizard: "Four people in one boat."

Aiden and his group were the last in line, and when it was their turn, they had to share a boat with three people.

"By the way, I forgot to ask which college you want to go to. I've been hesitating between Gryffindor and Ravenclaw, but I heard that Dumbledore was from Gryffindor." Hermione was a little excited on the boat.

"My grandmother said that my parents are both from Gryffindor and she hopes that I can join Gryffindor. But I heard that young wizards in wizard families will be sorted into Slytherin, and I'm a little scared." Neville said in a low voice.

"I like Hufflepuff quite a bit. I heard that their headmaster is a master of Herbology. I think she would be happy to give special treatment to the students of her own house." Aiden said casually.

"Oh, how can you think like that? I read in a book that professors from the four colleges will impart knowledge to us impartially."

Aiden was noncommittal. “You’ll know later.”

The boat arrived at the shore, and the young wizards gathered at the entrance of the academy, walked through the gate, climbed the stairs, and came to the outside of the Hogwarts Great Hall.

Aiden and the other two stood among the little wizards. The three dry wizards looked a little out of place standing among the drowned rats. The cold night wind made the little wizards shiver.

"Alas." Life is not easy Aiden sighed, he stretched out his hand and tapped the people around him, the gentle magic wiped away the water droplets on the little wizards' bodies, the little wizards who noticed the changes in themselves were looking for who cast the spell.

Aiden smiled and concealed his achievements and fame, but Hermione saw this scene.

"What a powerful spell! Is this the little wizard from the wizard family? He needs to work harder when school starts." Hermione secretly made up her mind to kill the other little wizards.

A group of ghosts flew out from the wall, and a kind fat monk came up to greet the little wizards: "Oh, welcome to Hogwarts. I hope you can join Hufflepuff, which is the best house."

Before they had time to think about it, the door of the banquet hall opened and Professor McGonagall came out. She read out the precautions for the sorting to the young wizards and asked them to line up to enter.

As they lined up to head to the center of the hall, Hermione recited the contents of her textbook, and Aiden was amused by her.

The group stopped in front of the teachers' table, and the Sorting Hat sang a song for the new little wizard.

Seeing that the hat was about to sing again, Professor McGonagall quickly interrupted it, "Now, those whose names are called, please come up and be sorted."

"Hufflepuff."

"Aiden Prewett"

Aiden walked forward and Professor McGonagall placed the Sorting Hat on Aiden's head.
