Chapter 5: The Last Heart-to-Heart Conversation

"This is what is called a dimensionality reduction attack. In front of a high-dimensional civilization, a low-dimensional civilization is as small as a bug. No, no, no, it's even more fragile than a bug. Because bugs can at least bite people, but low-dimensional civilizations can't even figure out how they were destroyed!" Eric looked at the egg head in front of him with empty eyes, his voice filled with a hint of despair and sadness.

Dr. Eric's tone became serious: "I have been pursuing scientific truth all my life, but I found that humans can never understand the existence of high-dimensional civilizations. Eric's face showed deep helplessness. He sighed and said, "I used to think that science could solve all problems, but now I realize that it is only a limited tool. Facing the power of higher-dimensional civilizations, our science seems so powerless."

Finally, he shook his head, looking very lonely. "I have studied science all my life, but in the end I still cannot cross the dimensional gap. We can't even fly out of the earth, while the other side can easily destroy our entire universe."

"Doctor, think about it positively. Maybe this sky dome doesn't have any malicious intentions." Seeing that Eric seemed to have lost hope, Hill couldn't help but begin to comfort him. They still needed this knowledgeable doctor to study the screen in the sky, and they couldn't just give up like this.

“No need for malice, it’s like I accidentally crumpled a piece of paper. I didn’t mean to do that, but for the person living in that piece of paper, it would be a disaster.”

[Peter thought of various outfits and finally designed a red and blue outfit with a spider pattern on the heart.]

[But he accidentally pulled the lamp over. Although Peter avoided it, the lamp smashed into the wall. This noise also attracted Aunt May's attention. She thought Peter was acting strange recently! ]

[The scene turns to a newspaper, which reads: Will Norman Osborn never recover? Norman looks at the newspaper in his hand, and suddenly a strange laugh rings out in the air. He closes his eyes in pain and shakes his head.]

[Uncle Ben thought Parker must have encountered something, but he was too embarrassed to tell him, and Ben himself was too embarrassed to ask, so he could only find an excuse to take Parker out when he was about to come out.]

[Ben sent Parker to his destination and wanted to talk to him. Parker wanted to talk later, but Uncle Ben felt that he had to talk now. He said that Parker refused to do housework, did some strange experiments in his room, and fought with others at school.]

[Parker is a little annoyed and says he said he didn't start it. Ben asks, "Didn't you win the fight?"]
