The weather was slowly turning warm, and today was a bright, sunny day. The sun shone brightly in the afternoon.

"Firstly, Boss Pei hopes to give all of us enough personal space.

"Perhaps he thinks that, as a boss, his presence at this celebration would cause all of us to be tense. We might maintain a serious expression if our boss is around, and the atmosphere might be more somber.

"Thus, Boss Pei stayed away on purposes, so that all of us can celebrate naturally and without stress. That would allow us to experience full relaxation and joy after our success."

Everyone nodded one by one, thinking that it made sense.

Boss Pei was approachable, and he never put on airs. However, a boss was still a boss at the end of the day.
