Chapter 35
Tristan felt a déjà vu. Just like the time he took the innocence of that young girl, he entered the mansion with her amid wild kisses, their bodies pressed together, and the heat between them. He was very eager; it had been days since he touched her body, days since he had sex, which, for him, was like the end of the world. Tristan wasn't a sex addict, but he had needs, and before the agreement, he used to relieve himself with any woman available. But after he "got involved" with Aurora, he couldn't go to clubs in search of a "catch" like he used to. He wasn't complaining; he was content with her, but it had been difficult to control himself these last few days. He wasn't faithful; he never had to be, but he didn't want to lose the privilege of being the only one who could touch her, so he would keep his word until the day he woke up and decided to stop everything and go back to his old life.
While kissing her, sucking her tongue with desire, Tristan's fingers moved to the hem of her shorts, trying to pull them down, but she pushed his hand away and broke the kiss. He looked at her, completely surprised and confused.
"What happened?" he tried to approach her, but she took a few steps back.
"Not now."
"What?!" he still didn't understand.
"I said 'not now'," she repeated with a mischievous smile, and Tristan didn't like that at all.
"You propose sex, get me excited, and then suddenly change your mind?" he frowned in anger. "What do you think you're doing? Is this some kind of revenge? Are you playing with me?"
"Sort of." She sat on the armchair in the living room and crossed her legs. "One of the rules of the agreement is: 'Whoever proposes sex has the right to take control.' All this time, you were the one taking the first step, but this time it was me, which gives me the right to give the orders."
Tristan was frustrated because she was right; that was one of the rules, and he highly doubted Aurora would agree to cancel it, especially at that moment when he was in her palm. That's what he hated the most. It was humiliating for someone who had always been the dominant one.
"I don't take orders, especially in sex," he said seriously.
"Well, now you will." She picked up a whiskey bottle from the nightstand beside her and poured herself a glass.
"I'd rather die than obey you."
"Oh, really?" She put the bottle down and stood up. "Then the agreement is over. Don't ever look for me again, because you'll never touch me again."
She walked to the door, passing by the man with a cold expression, but inside, she begged to be stopped by him.
"Wait."
She discreetly let out a relieved sigh. She turned to look at Mr. Arrogant, and her heart beat faster when she saw him so close to her face; she could feel his warm breath against her lips.
"I hate people who try to play psychological games with me..." he whispered, his eyes on her lips. He leaned in, and just when she thought he was going to kiss her, he changed direction, brushing his lips against her cheek. Sighs; shivers; and more sighs! Damn it! The problem was that Tristan knew her weaknesses and used them to his advantage. "You're lucky you're very hot because otherwise, I would've kicked you out of my house by now."
Why did his damn voice have to sound so sexy?! - Aurora thought.
"Someone told me that at the end of the year, they do things they desire without caring about the consequences. I'm just testing that dilemma." She stared into his eyes.
"And your desire is for me to fuck you until you come?"
The redhead blushed, and Tristan was a shameless guy who wasn't embarrassed to say those words.
"I was going to be more discreet, but yes, that's what I want, among other things..." She saw him run his tongue between his lips.
"I'm the one who sets the rules," Tristan said. Aurora questioned him, asking if that meant a "no." Tristan turned around, running his hand through his hair, unsure of what choice to make.
"Just for today, I'll allow it, as long as it doesn't happen again," he proposed, making the young woman smile and nod in agreement.
"Deal," she replied, excited. She sat back in the armchair and picked up the glass of whiskey. "I want you to stand in front of me," she asked, and Tristan obeyed. He noticed how much she was enjoying it.
"What are you going to do?" he asked curiously, smiling.
Aurora took a sip of whiskey, feeling a sense of déjà vu. It was like the second time they had sex in a hotel room, but this time, the roles were reversed: she was the one sitting, enjoying a good whiskey.
"Take off your clothes," she said.

Tristan and Aurora were already lying on the bed, controlling their breaths. Once again, they had sex, but this time, Aurora took the initiative. She was in control, and Tristan, despite preferring his dominant role, couldn't deny that he enjoyed what happened.
"You wore me out," he said, lying on his side to look at her. "You know I won't let this go easily, right?"
"Of course, I know," she replied, chuckling slightly, watching him close his eyes slowly and snuggle into the pillow. He was really tired. "Hey, don't fall asleep. You have to give me a ride home," she asked, shaking his shoulders, and he mumbled softly.
"Just give me fifteen minutes."
Aurora didn't insist and decided to let him rest a little. In boredom and silence, she turned her head to look at the clock on the bedside table. The fifteen minutes Tristan asked for had already passed, but when she saw him sleeping, she felt a bit sorry to wake him up.
She sighed deeply and got up, picking up her clothes and putting them on. She didn't want to risk going home alone, as her house was far away and dangerous. Sleeping at Tristan's house seemed like the best option; she would sort everything out with her sister in the morning.
Dressed and about to lie down on the other side of the bed, Aurora noticed a piece of paper under the bedside table. She could tell by the texture that it was a photograph facing down. Unable to resist her curiosity, she picked up the photo, thinking it was something revealing from her past, but it wasn't.
"Why did Mr. Arrogant take a picture of me? And why did he keep it hidden?" Aurora thought, intrigued by the discovery.
