You are my reality, Senior!

Sam's p.o.v:

I turned the flashlight on and stepped to where Calix stood. He saw me but didn't speak anything instead he snatched the flashlight from my hand and ran to the door. I know that it's shut from the outside. That's part of the plan so I knew it before.

Senior asked for my phone. What should I do now?

Phone? Nobody told anything about this! Should I give my phone to him? But I'm on a call with my friends out there! What if he finds out about this? What should I do now?

I stuttered, "Phone... I-I..."

On-call,

Clara: Say that your phone is with me."

I let out to the senior, "Your phone is with me."

"What?" he inquired.

Sh*t!

"I mean... Clara has my phone."

"Then... Let's try another door.", he began wandering to the other side of the court.

After knowing that all doors are locked we were seated on the bench.

On-call,

Blair: I don't think this gonna work.

Clara: If it doesn't, we should make it work.

Blair: By the way, where's Ace?

Clara: He went to change his clothes. Where's wil?

Blair: He said he has some errands to do.

In here, I began to sweat. One is because of air-con isn't working, another thing is I'm nervous as hell!

"Are you okay?", Senior interrogated me.

I glared at him and nodded with a fake smile.

Senior wiped off my sweat using his hands.

I got startled.

"I-I'm sorry. You were sweating that's why I..."

I nodded.

On-call,

Blair: Don't be idle.

Clara: Read the letter.

I looked at him thinking 'How do I begin this?'

Senior asked me with a serious face, "What?"

"Do you hate me?", I asked him by his seeing his face.

He said, "I wouldn't be here if I did... But it's still awkward sharing the same atmosphere with you."

I stood from the place where I was seated before and started to walk towards the door.

On-call,

Clara: What are you doing? Get back to him.

Sam: I'm done!

Clara: Sam!

Blair: She f*cked up as I said.

Ace: Sam! Walking out again?

I stopped when I heard him.

Sam: Ace?... I can't do this anymore. He literally hates me.

Ace: The solution for what you're facing right now is beside you. It's your choice to take it or not...I lost mine, I don't want you to do that too.

I wiped my tears away and returned to where Calix stood and began, "I wanna say something to you."

"What?", he asked.

I opened the letter which I was holding onto to read it.

"S-Senior, you give me feelings that I can't put into words. You're one of the people who spent your favourite day into favourite days. Will you allow me to be your boyfriend?"

"You wanna... be my... boyfriend?", he raised a question.

On the other side,

Ace to Clara: Are you sure she's reading what you wrote?

I saw the paper again. Some of the words in it was fainted due to my sweat.

"Hold it!", I said to Senior and walked around.

On a call,

Sam: Get me out of here!

Ace: What happened?

Sam: The words are gone. What do I do next?

Ace: We have another plan.

Clara: What is it?

Blair: She's gonna f*ck that too.

Ace: We have to try anyway...

Sam: Guys...

Ace: Blair, where's Wil?

Blair: He messaged me he'll be here in a time.

Clara: So is that your backup plan?

Blair: I'm the one who came up with this idea. I've seen this in Korean dramas.

Clara: You too watch k-dramas? I'm a fan too.

Blair: Really! Wow! Have you seen 'Something wrong with Secretary Kim'?

Clara: I've heard it. But I didn't. I'm currently watching 'Two Worlds'.

Ace: Girls! Can we talk...

Blair: Hey Clara! 'Parallel Love' is good too. You should give it a try.

Clara: Added to my watchlist!

I removed my Bluetooth and put it in my pocket.

"Are you okay?", Senior asked from behind me.

I nodded.

He started, "Ok then... What's with that confessing thing?"

"T-Th...That's..."

He asked, "I heard that you and Wil are in a relationship. Why didn't you tell me?"

Is he livin' in the stone age? Ugh! Wil got back together with Blair years ago. Dude!

Senior continued, "You can be with the person who you like. I won't urge you. Just smile at me whenever you see me. Can you do that?"

I can't stand his stupidity anymore so I kissed him.

I break from the kiss and blurted out, "I'm not in a relationship with him. I stopped liking him months ago! B-Because... there's this person I like... Whenever I'm near this person, my face turns red... so red that made him caress my cheeks. He was with me when I feel down. He never failed to take chances though(Laughs)... His smiles are so contagious that made me blush so many times. I'm the kind of person who doesn't like skinship a lot but now I'm addicted to his hugs and kisses. Can you believe that? (smiles) Being in his embrace, that warm feeling and the hot breaths made me so comfy like this. Whenever he's with me, it's like I'm being myself. I mean... I don't have to put an act to make him like me. The sad thing is... I realised it was a bit too late. (Tears welled in my eyes)

"Was it too late Senior?"

(I tried to hold my tears but I couldn't anymore)

I initiated the hug. He seemed surprised by it. The warm hug kept me calm and more to that I didn't feel nervous anymore.

"This isn't some prank right?", Senior asked me.

I broke the embrace.

"What?"

"Is this one of your pranks?"

I put back the Bluetooth into my ear, "Hit the lights!"

"Who are you speaking to?", Senior asked me.

On the call,

Blair: Why did you remove it?

Ace: Sam! Is everything alright?

Clara: What happened?

Sam: I said... Hit that damn light!!!

"You had your phone all this time? What game are you playing now?", Senior came running behind while yelling at me.

I walked towards the door and banged it.

Sam: And open this f*cking door!

"I was talking to you, Sam!"

The door was finally opened.

I didn't give a damn and walked out of the court.

Wil was standing outside when I opened the door with a big banner with the writing "Will you be my boyfriend?"

Wil asked, "How's it? Looking good right? Come let's get inside."

I gave him a death look and walked out of the Basketball court.

I walked while sobbing and wiping my tears away.

It started raining out of nowhere.

"Really?"

I ran to find a place to hide from the rain and finally ended up under the shade which is in front of Cafetaria.

I couldn't stop my sobbing yet.

Senior, "Sam!"

After seeing him, I stood from the place and tried to walk away from him.

Suddenly Senior grabbed my hand.

While I tried to flee from his grip, he made it tighter.

"It's hurting!", I yelled back at him.

He then let go of my hand and hugged me.

Senior apologised, "Sorry! I'm so sorry Sam! I shouldn't be asked you like that. The reason is... I always felt insecure towards you. I'm scared that you'll leave me for him."

I hugged him back.

He continued while being hugging me, "Because you never said that you love me."

I held his face by holding his cheeks, "Next time if you feel something is off, just ask."

"Okay. Do you love me?"

I broke into laughter after what he asked.

"You never failed to take the chances(continues laughing)... Why did you make me laugh? (Hits him on his shoulder) I'm supposed to cry and be mad at you but..."

Senior laughed and whispered, "I didn't hear the answer yet", and made pouty lips at me.

I gave a smile and wrapped arms around Senior.

"How can I resist this...(points his heart)... The first time I met you, I had no idea I would love you this much. (smiles) Meeting you is maybe fate... Becoming a friend with you is a choice... But falling in love with you is beyond my control, Senior. (held his hand)

Deep inhalation and quick exhalation.

"I love you Senior!", gave a eye roll while saying, "And this isn't a prank."

He said, "Sam, I'm a Senior. I'll graduate and leave the uni before you..."

I cut him by kissing his lips.

"That's my answer for whatever questions you're trying to ask me!"

"Hold on... I didn't hear your answer loud enough. Can I hear it one more time?", he teased me.

"No!"

After some minutes,

"We shouldn't have talked under the rain... Achoo!!", I said to Senior.

Senior laughed, "Achoo!"

I laughed back at him.

"That banner was kinda cute by the way."

"They planned big for this. But I bombed. It's better to hide from them for a while now."

Senior laughed.

I extended my hand out, "When will this rain gonna stop?... Can we run?"

"Let's wait until it's stopped!", Senior said while patting my head.

Finally, the rain stopped.

While we're walking, Wil was waving in front of us.

He began to shout, "Guys! The lovebirds are here!... Hi senior! Ohh...Hi Sam!"

Wil, Blair, Ace and Clara all together walked towards us.

I kept staring at them.

Senior extended his hands, "Are you ready to?"

I nodded and held his hands.

We started to run away from them.

While we were running, the reflection of the sun on his face... His smiles... When I first met you, I honestly didn't know you were gonna be this important to me.

And I was living in my dreams until I realised you are my reality...
