❤️ Unveiling the Unknown Man (2)❤️
Kudarma Kingdom:
Kando was ready. He and the two thousand armies were standing outside the palace gate.
"Be careful," Cando said to him and didn't need to elaborate more on why he said those words, Kando understood. At that moment Dean came to meet them.
"Just march straight to Ashland and kill whoever you meet on your way." Dean said aloud to the hearings of Kando and the armies.
"Yes my Emperor." the armies chorus.
"Victory should be ours."
"Victory is ours." they said in unison.
"In case you see that there are no survivors on our side, you can fly your way out," he told Kando in his ear then tapped his shoulder. "Don't get yourself killed," he added. "Lead them to victory."
Kando could only nod his head and him with his armies left for Ashland.

Ashland Kingdom: Palace:
"We cannot find them, they're gone." one of his brothers said. The five Ninja's were standing in front of Storm, wearing all round black.
"Are you sure?"
"We are sure. I am surprised that your father didn't inform you of them."
"I'm surprised too." Storm said more to himself than others. "Probably he was waiting for the right time before his death."
"I could agree with you," one of the Ninja's said. "But if they are not here then where could they be?"
"Did they die?" Storm said that aloud. "I mean my father died with the others that didn't come with me, so what if whoever that killed him also knows where the rest of the Ninja's were and went there to kill them."
"I don't think so, if they are truly dead or he truly killed them we could have seen their skeletons there but nothing was there." the same person spoke again.
"That's true, I am just trying to put a possibility of why they are not here." Storm said, yawing out. "Anyway keep your eyes and ears open, I need to take a quick nap." he told them and went back to his room. He met Morgan standing in front of the door and was about to knock.
"Didn't they tell you that she is not around?" Storm asked, staring at the guards outside the door, giving them that look of threat. "Didn't you tell him?" he asked them with narrow eyes.
"We did my Emperor, we told him but he didn't believe us." one of the guards said.
"I know Gwen must have told them to tell me lies, how can they lie to me when I am paying them!" he bellowed at them in anger.
"They are not lying Morgan, Gwen is truly not around at the moment. She left with Juno to visit a friend of hers."
"When did Juno have friends so soon?"
"Well, she has one now and if I am you, you will remove Gwen from your mind, body and soul."
"And why is that, Storm?"
"She told me she doesn't love you anymore and that she is in love with Kando. You have to let her go, she isn't for you Morgan." Storm told him.
"Let her tell me to my face." Morgan said.
"Apparently she has done so but you refuse to listen to her. Look Morgan, I hate to break it down for you but Gwen doesn't love you. The sooner you come to understand that the better for you." Storm told him. He needed his blo.ody sleep.
"You can't tell me what to do. You ought to be on my side and not the side of that bird man. I am your brother and you should have my interest at heart." Morgan said, reminding Storm of the blood tie they shared.
"I do have your interest at heart and also Gwen, but when she says no, her no means no," Storm said slowly. "Like I told you before, let her go. You will find someone else who will value you more."
"I don't want someone else, I want Gwen."
Shrugging his shoulders, he opens his room and steps in and doesn't bother to close it because he knows Morgan will invite himself in.
And he does that.
"Told you Gwen is not inside." Storm said as he watched him search the bathroom and wardrobe.
Morgan gave up his search when he truly realized that Gwen was not in the room. He turns an apologetic eyes on Storm.
"I am sorry I didn't believe you. I will be waiting for her return because I know you won't tell me where Juno's friend resides," Morgan said, trying not to feel sad.
"You're absolutely correct. They will be back, so now if you will excuse me I really need to take a nap. I'm tired." Storm said, yawning again.
Without another word, Morgan left the room.
Removing his boots and climbing the bed, he fell asleep immediately. He was tired.

Marketplace:
As soon as Kira and Gwen stepped out of the portal they realized something was wrong. The market women and men were running helter skelter and leaving their goods behind. Some places in the market were on fire.
The screams and shout from them made Kira stop one while keeping an eye on Gwen. "What's going on?" she asked as she struggled to prevent him from running.
"They are coming and killing us. You have to run and hide," the man said as he succeeded in freeing himself from the right grip of Kira and fled for his life.
"Who is coming?" Kira asked confusedly at Gwen who opened her mouth to say something but before she could say something. Kira saw ten horsemen galloping at full speed towards them, they were all shooting arrows expertly with their horses galloping. She recognized them immediately and her teeth clenched. "Stay here and don't move an inch." she instructed Gwen who nodded her head and she ran towards the horses.
Gwen watched as Kira lifted the front legs of the first horse she could get, throwing its owner to the ground, drawing out the sword from the fallen man and killing him with my swift move. Before she could spell the word 'What' Kira had successfully killed the remaining nine of them and only allowed their horses they came with to live.
"Who are they?" Gwen asked as Kira came to meet her.
"Dean armies." Kira responded.
"What?"
"Yeah, I hope he is not killing all these innocent people because of me. If not I will gladly behead him slowly," Kira said in anger. "Let's hurry back to the Palace."
At that moment they saw more armies coming, about fifty or more running towards them on their feet.
Kira and Gwen quickly went to where the horse they came with was and she climbed on it and helped Gwen on it too.
"Let's pray they don't begin to shoot their arrows at us." Gwen said as the horse began to gallop away. It was as if they heard her because the next thing happening was then falling down as arrows struck their horse.
"Are you okay?" Kira asked in concern. If she had known such a thing would happen she would have gladly come by herself.
"I'm fine," Gwen said, her hands going around her stomach. "I'm not bleeding or feeling pain." she added, trying not to make Kira feel more guilty already. If she wasn't pregnant she would have shown this mofos the stuff she is made off.
Kira gritted her teeth and faced the armies still running towards them and started walking towards them when Gwen's hands prevented her.
"Let's run Juno, who knows what they are doing in the Palace right now."
"You're right," Kira agreed. "Let's go."
Without another word, both girls began to run.
They saw a horse approaching them and were breathing out in relief when they saw who the rider was.
Storm.
"Thank the gods that you're here Storm." Gwen said as he slowed down his horse as he reached them.
"The palace is under attack, I had to quickly rush here as fast as I can," Storm said. "Why didn't you go back to Eve when you saw them coming? Do you know how dangerous it is?" he bellowed in anger.
That thought didn't cross her mind. "Sorry, it didn't cross my mind." Kira said.
"Let's get out of here fast." He said and Gwen was the first to sit on the horse before Kira.
"You just said the Palace is under attack," Kira said. "What about my father?" she asks, relaxing.
"He is safe, I will take you right away to meet him." Storm answered her as the horse galloped away.
Two dead bodies in dark clothes fell down behind them, burning.
__
They stopped in front of a cavern and one by one they got down from the horse.
"Where are we?" Kira demanded as they entered what looked like a room. It was empty.
"You will be safe here, the both of you. I will have to go back to the Palace to check if everything is alright."
"Where is my father?"
"He is around somewhere." Storm said, breathing out. "I will go and look for him before going to the Palace."
"How do you get to know about this place?" Gwen asked.
"Searching for my father's Ninja made me discover this place. It was dirty but me and my brothers cleaned up this place." Storm said with a shrug.
___
Kando knows telling the armies with him not to harm the people will create suspicion towards him and anyone who survives will definitely alert Dean. And he Kando isn't the type of person that will kill because of that.
So once they arrived at the outskirts of Ashland, the armies divided themselves and that was it. The killings began.
"You can join them, I will only need a hundred of you to follow me to the Palace, I and the Prince have some scores to settle." he told the two hundred armies with him and when they made no move, his jaw clenched. "That's an order!!" he bawled and that made one hundred armies start moving, killing and destroying whatever they saw.
Hitting his horse by its side, it began to gallop away and the hundred armies followed him closely.
When they nearly approached the palace, he stopped prompting them to stop also. "You will stay here, let me survey the palace."
"You cannot do that my Lord when you have us," one of them said. "You wait here, let's do the work for you."
The hundred armies all ran towards the palace.
He knows the guards guarding the palace gate will see the Intruders and kill them. They are strong so it won't hurt if they kill his men.
He waited and soon enough like he predicted, he heard the clanging of swords and waited more.
__
"I'm happy you are here with us," Gwen said cheerfully as she gently sat down on the floor.
"Me too, you will be safer here," Storm said and left them for a minute then returned. "I did not see Emera around. I don't know where he could have gone too, stay here, I will be back. Let me go and look for him." he told them, hugging Kira and breathing in her scent.
"Okay, be careful." Kira said to him as she tilted her head and kissed him.
"I am always careful, my love," Storm said as he receded. "I will be back soon with food." He told them.
He turned to leave when Kira pointed the sword that was still with her at his back.
"Who are you?" Kira demanded. "You are not Storm."
"What are you doing Juno? Drop that sword now." Gwen said getting up on her feet and went to meet Kira. "Are you ins.ane? How can you be pointing a sword at Storm."
"That's not Storm, Gwen, and you grow up with him, you should know how to identify a fake and a real one when you meet them. This is not Storm," Kira said without taking her eyes off the back of the man who hasn't moved yet. "Who are you? Answer me!" She yelled out.
Turning around with a sad expression, Storm stares at the sword then back at Kira. "Why these questions Juno? Don't you know who I am again? I am Storm, I grew up with you Gwen in the Garden of Edenis. Please talk to her, Gwen, to stop embarrassing herself."
"Yeah stop embarrassing yourself Juno, this is weird and you know that." Gwen said as she tried to remove the sword from Kira's hands which wasn't bulging.
"Again I ask, who are you?"
"Juno, why are you hurting my feelings like this? I am hurt."
"This is another evidence that you are not Storm, if you are truly Storm, you would have become angry and not doing pitiful things. Who are you? The next time I will ask you this question, your head will follow next."
"Juno, what is wrong with you all of a sudden?" Gwen asked. "You are scaring me rig-" the words Gwen was about to say was 'right' but got Interrupted when he started laughing.
"You are right, I am not Storm." he said, nodding his head. The scars on his left cheek began to fade, his white eyeball began turning red.
Kira and Gwen blinked at what was happening right in front of them. The man standing before them was still Storm, but technically, not the real Storm. The same height, the same skin color. The only difference between him and the real Storm was the mismatched eyeballs and the scars.
Kira moved Gwen behind her, still pointing her sword at him.
"If you are not Storm, who are you then?" Kira demanded once again.
"Edgardo," he finally revealed his name, then leaned slightly, putting his right index finger on his lips as if he wanted to tell her a huge secret of his. "Storm's elder brother."
