Chapter 10 the most awaited proposal

Turvi's pov

Finally today is the farewell party for what I've been waiting for so long. But with this I remember that we have a few days left here then we have to go back home.

It's not that I don't like to be with my family but the thing is I will miss everything here especially Aashu.

"madam in whose dreams are you lost?" stuti asked me

"no one's. I'm thinking about what to wear." I told her

"I have a perfect dress for you. Come with me." she said and dragged me with her

"What dress do you have Stuti?" I asked her as she doesn't wear shirt dresses

"remember our deal? I wore that red dress now you will wear what I give you." she said and I look at her in horror

God please don't tell me she is going to give me a saree or something.

"here it is.." she said giving me a saree

Fuck! I knew it..

"Stuti baby, I will wear it tomorrow, not tonight. I can't wear it to the party." I told her..

"a deal is a deal Turu and I'm also wearing a saree only." she said pointing towards her bed

And indeed there is a saree placed.

"babe I don't know how to drape it." I said

"I will drape it for you. But you will wear it only. Saree isn't a boring dress Turu. It's the sexiest dress ever you will see." she said and I nodded

God save me today..

"now go and wear the blouse and underskirt." she said giving me the things

I went to her washroom and changed my clothes.

After I came she made me stand still. And started to drape the saree around me.

Wow she is a perfectionist in a draping saree.

In 5 minutes she is done and I look at myself. I'm looking different but beautiful.

"so how's it?" she asked me with a mischievous smile

"it's ok." I told her

"only ok?" she asked

"OK fine I'm looking gorgeous." I admitted

"that's the thing. Now go and do your make up, I'm sure today boys will be having heart attacks." she commented and I shook my head at that.

I go in my room and honestly I'm looking good

It's a green net mermaid saree with cream quarter sleeves blouse with stone work over it. And the thing is it's totally transparent showing my stomach area.

Indeed I'm looking sexy I have to admit.

I tied my hair in a bun after doing a mid partition and wore earrings. I wore my broken bracelet because I love it very much. And finished my look with a stone bindi on my forehead.

And wow I'm looking for a perfect Indian girl but a modern one.

I went out with my clutch and saw Stuti was also ready.

She has worn an orange saree with golden and black borders with key plain black quarter sleeves blouse.

She isn't showing skin.. She has even worn long earrings and lots of bangles.

She is looking like the perfect Indian traditional girl.

And here we both are different.

"wow you're looking beautiful," I complimented

"and you're looking hot and sexy even in a saree." she said with a wink

"thanks yaar for choosing this one. It's really good." I told her

"hmm I know. Now let's wait for your date." she said and my phone ping with his text

"he is here." I told her and she nodded

She locked the apartment and we went downstairs and saw the same car he bought for the club.

He came out of the car and looked at me. And let's say he is literally checking me out.

His mouth is slightly open.

"ahm ahm Ashu close your mouth otherwise you will catch a fly." Stuti said and he came out of his whatever trance he was

"you both are looking gorgeous. I mean you never wore a saree so I was just a little shocked." He said nervously

"thank me that I made her wear it today." stuti said..

"thank you stuti. 'he said

" now we should go otherwise we will be late. "I told them and they nodded

I am the one who always pushes them to go, if not then then they will not stop their talk.

We reached the venue where the party was held.

Aashu held my hand and I was feeling like we both are couples.

Stuti was behind us giving me a thumbs up and I blushed at that.

God I'm blushing too much these days.

We go inside and we'll only we both are wearing saree not others. Everyone is wearing handkerchiefs in the name of clothing and eyeing my man.

Really my man? You started daydreaming great.

"don't glare at those poor girl doll faces. They didn't kill your cat." Aashu said

"they are eyeing you with lust. So I have to glare at them." I replied

"don't worry doll faces they can only see but I'm all yours." He said and I think I heard something wrong

Yes I heard It completely wrong.

Suddenly he left my hand and walked ahead.

"what happened to him?" stuti asked me

"I don't know." I replied

He walked towards the makeshift stage and stood on it.

"attention girls and boys." He said in the mike

What is he trying to do?

"so today is a very special day for us. As after a few days we will be leaving the college after finishing our course. We have made a lot of memories in this time span that we spent here. Some also fell in love And I also did. I fell for the most beautiful girl I ever saw in my life. She is sweet as honey but spicy as chilli. Has a combination of boldness and softness together. She is perfect in my eyes. I have loved her for a long time but could not tell her so today I will confess my love for her. Don't you want to know who is that girl? "he asked everyone

My heart is beating like it is running in a marathon. I clutched the pallu of my saree tightly.

If it's someone else then I'm going to face my first ever heart break.

The crowd screamed yes in answer and he came down from the stage.

Everyone is looking at him and so is me.

He started to walk towards me and stopped in front of me.

"Ms. Turvi Ahuja, my dear doll face, it's you. I love you. I don't know what you feel for me but I love you very much. I will accept whatever you say.

Will you be my girlfriend doll face?" he asked and I didn't wasted time to say yes

"Yes. I will be and I love you too. I couldn't confess thinking about our friendship." I said and he got up and hugged me

It's the best time of my life but little did I know that my one yes will change my life so much.
