Chapter 12: FRENCH KISS

"Aren't you going to sleep? It's still a long time before daybreak," Jefferson said looking into DeLorna's eyes.

"I don't feel like sleeping," DeLorna pouted.

"Why?" Jefferson frowned.

"Because I'm afraid I might have a bad dream," DeLorna replied softly.

"Don't worry dear you won't have any bad dreams just sleep," Jefferson smiled patting DeLorna on the head.

"Cuddle me to sleep," DeLorna said, looking at Jefferson.

Though her heart was beating very fast at the moment as she said those words. She had just said it thinking Jefferson would refuse. Though she didn't love him the first time she met him. But when he told her she was his mate she began to grow the seed of love for him in her heart and it had successfully grown into a tree inside her heart.

Jefferson looked surprised to hear DeLorna's request. Though it sounded strange to him he still complied and tried to cuddle her.

But Jefferson was someone who had never been close to a female except his sister. So he didn't know how to cuddle DeLorna. He tried the method his sister used to use on him to cuddle him to sleep when he was younger.

"You are bad at cuddling," DeLorna pouted as Jefferson cuddled her.

Jefferson rubbed his head in embarrassment and didn't know what to say. Right now if the leaders of other packs saw Jefferson in this state of his they wouldn't believe he was the heartless guy who would kill without blinking. The leader of the strongest pack was like this in front of his mate. He wasn't just called the strongest for nothing. He could defeat the leaders of the other packs even if they combine their strengths.

"I don't know how to cuddle. Have never cuddled anyone before. Have only been cuddled by my sister and that was when I was younger," Jefferson embarrassedly.

"That doesn't mean you should be able to at least cuddle me. Am not even feeling your touch. You touching me feel rough," DeLorna pouted looking at Jefferson.

Jefferson smiled embarrassedly and didn't know what to say.

"Does that mean you also don't know how to kiss," DeLorna smiled wickedly.

"That simple I know how to kiss," Jefferson replied.

Immediately DeLorna who was lying down sat up and looked into Jefferson's eyes.

"Then kiss me." She smiled.

Jefferson smiled and pecked her on the lips briefly.

"That's it, I have kissed you." He said.

But the reaction on his mate's face surprised him.

"What have I done wrong?" Jefferson asked, looking confused.

"Is that what you call a kiss?" DeLorna pouted.

"Yeah that's a kiss," Jefferson replied looking confused.

"Don't you watch movies? Haven't you seen all those who kiss in movies?" DeLorna asked.

"Am too busy to be bothered watching movies," Jefferson replied.

"Do you know what a french kiss is?" DeLorna asked.

"French kiss?" Jefferson frowned.

DeLorna sighed in dismay. Her mate didn't know anything about it. Though she too had never kissed anyone except for the one she had with him when he was about to mark her.

But at least she had watched a lot of movies in which she had seen them kissing and had wished to share one with the man she would love. But here he knew nothing about it.

"I mean the kind of kiss where you put your mouth in each other's mouth and suck each other's lips and tongue," DeLorna explained, her face turning red in embarrassment as she was explaining.

"Ohhh!" Jefferson exclaimed, his face going red.

"But I have never tried that." He said.

"Then you can try it on me," DeLorna replied, facing him while bringing her face closer to his.

"Are you sure about this," Jefferson muttered. His heart was racing at that moment.
