Scream my name, louder

"It's so nice of you to join us," Sandro said, and he sat on the chair.

His eyes moved from Francis to Blaze who stood by the door.

"I'm only a few seconds late." Blaze replied with a grunt.

"Might I ask what held you up?" Sandro slanted his head.

Blaze gave a half-shrug, "You wouldn't want to know. It's irrelevant."

His eyes stayed on Sandro as he scrutinized him. There was no way he could confess he had been with Arabella.

Except he was seeking a death wish.

After he had met with Arabella at the hospital earlier, Sandro had warned him against being in her presence.

Also, he had accused him of telling her to remain defiant to him whereas it was the opposite.

Blaze sighed and let his eyes wander away first.

Sandro had a knack for knowing when someone was lying after staring for too long. He wasn't just the leader, and their gang wasn't just an ordinary gang as most people saw it.

They were a werewolf pack.

In the human world, it was near impossible for such a creature to be in existence but it had been made so by the gods and goddesses.

Their original pack wasn't in Cooan. It was in Ascostan, a town which was a day's journey from Cooan.

But they had been raided by a rival pack and almost everyone had been killed.

In order to start over, acting as a mafia was the easiest way out. They had successfully been able to mingle with humans without them acting suspiciously.

Nonetheless, it was not everyone in the group was a werewolf. The humans in the group were made to swear an oath and he had never seen anyone who broke it.

"Your mind is far away," Janice mumbled as she leaned into Blaze.

Blaze's eyes flickered to hers and he muttered, "Hey."

"Hi," Janice replied. A blush adorned her cheeks and she gazed down at her finger.

Blaze sighed. His eyes moved around the round table before staying back on Janice.

She had been recruited two years ago. Just like Francis who was the gang's doctor, she was roaming the streets of Cooan.

Her story was awful as she was running away from her abusive father.

Fortunately, she was a werewolf who had not triggered her curse. It wasn't long after she joined the gang she triggered her curse.

Likewise the rest of the gang.

Blaze triggered his own when he was sixteen years old. It wasn't what he often talked about as what led to him triggering his curse still haunted him nonstop.

His eyes moved to Sandro as he mentioned his name, "What?"

Sandro grimaced. He pinched the bridge of his nose and glared at Blaze. He was acting grumpy and the urge to yank him off the seat he sat filled him.

But, it would create a scene.

He looked almost happy when he saw him earlier in the hospital but now he was acting as though being in the meeting was the last thing he wanted.

"If you are not willing to stay for the meeting, how about you leave? No one forces you to come."

"I'd gladly do so," Blaze mumbled.

As he moved to walk away, Sandro intercepted him. He gripped the collar of the plaid shirt he donned and glared.

"What the fuck is wrong with you? Are you on your period?!"

Sandro's eyes flickered to Francis as he stifled a laugh and he scowled.

"Sorry," Francis mumbled.

"You should also ask yourself the same thing." Blaze flung back, slapping his hand away.

Sandro tilted his brow as he watched him move to the door, "Do you have a new pack? Are you planning on ratting us out? I sense you are a traitor here."

Blaze halted by the door and he let his hand that gripped the doorknob fall to his side.

He turned to Sandro and briefly, each stared at themselves before the former walked back to his seat.

"Good." Sandro mumbled, "Let the meeting begin."

As soon as the meeting was dismissed, Sandro clutched Blaze's hand and pulled him to the corner of the room.

"Is this about Arabella? Do you feel anything for that whore?" Sandro asked, searching his face.

Blaze clenched his fists and heaved a breath. "It isn't about her and she is no freaking whore."

"Tell me, did she bewitch you? You've never acted this way until her arrival and she has barely used a week here!"

"It's not about her!" Blaze yelled. "I don't care what you do to her. You can as well kill her. Leave me out of it."

"Fine," Sandro said. "Just fix yourself, I hate seeing you grumpy because it makes me feel like you'd betray me soon."

Sandro patted his back and stepped away from him.

"Bástárd," Blaze grunted, kicking at the table leg before wincing.

He breathed out and took out the cigarette in his jacket pocket.

He glared at it and shoved it back into the box. He was restless. He didn't know why but he was certain it all had to do with a certain human.

"Arabella, what do I do with you?" He grimaced, walking to the door.

Evening came, Arabella walked to Sandro's room after receiving the order from Janice.

She wiped her clammy palms on the jean Janice had given her to borrow before gripping the doorknob.

She slipped into the room and stayed by the door.

"Strip."

Arabella squinted as she tried to make out where Sandro was. But she saw nothing.

"No." She mumbled, shaking her head.

"No, what?" Sandro asked gruffly.

Arabella flinched as he appeared in front of her. She widened her eyes as he rammed her into the door.

"H-How are you here?" She stuttered.

"Do you intend to disobey me, Cara mia?"

Arabella shook her head. She let her eyes wander away from him.

"Now, Strip." He grunted. His hand clutched the spaghetti thin strap of the blouse she donned and he yanked, ripping it.

"Please stop, I'll strip myself!" She yelled, punching his chest.

"Then do so and not tempt me by trying to act defiantly."

Her heart thumped as she gripped the torn strap of the dress. She undid the zip at the side of the dress and hoisted it above her head.

Turning her back to him, she undid the hook of her bra slowly and tossed it next to her blouse, before going to the zipper of her jeans.

"Do you plan on seducing me? You should know it is working." Sandro grunted.

His darkened eyes narrowed as they stayed on her creamy back.

Desire surged through him. He groaned as his pants tightened. It wasn't the first time he was reacting to her. Ever since he had injected her when he saw her in her mobile house.

He didn't know what the strange feeling was but he had brushed it off and assumed he needed to get laid.

He had slept with enough women last night, yet that didn't make him feel better.

He wanted her, which he was sure of.

"Turn," Sandro rasped as she slipped out of her jean.

"No," Arabella said in a small voice. She wrapped her arms around her chest.

"It's not as though I haven't seen what you are hiding from me."

A blush tinged her cheeks as she recalled last night. He had seen it and the reminder, which was her sore back, was still evident.

She bit down on her lip and her shoulder sagged as she felt his hand on her.

"You are exquisite, Arabella, and you are mine."

Arabella gasped as Sandro tugged her into him. Her bare chest smacked his chest and he cupped her face.

"What…"

The word died in her throat as his mouth covered hers.

Her heart nearly stopped at the abrupt kiss but he thumped faster as he increased the pace.

She melted into him and moaned. Standing on tiptoes, she yielded to the kiss.

A wince escaped her lips as Sandro's hand kneaded her backside.

She heard him growl and instantly snapped out of the trance she was in.

"What are you doing?" She mumbled into his mouth.

"What does it look like, darling?"

"Please, stop." Arabella shoved his chest but he didn't bulge.

"I told you I'd take what is mine if you want to or not."

He hoisted her and dumped her on the bed. Tugging her legs up, he spread them apart and buried his head in between her thighs.

"So delicious," Sandro mumbled as he slipped a finger inside of her.

Arabella screamed as intense pleasure surged through her. Her hand gripped his hair and her back arched as he lapped on her core.

"S-Stop!" She gasped out.

"But, you want me," Sandro mumbled. His hand grabbed one of her breasts and he kneaded the soft mould whilst his mouth was still at her centre.

Arabella's heart skittered. Her body sizzled and she ached with needs.

She moaned loudly. "Sandro."

"Darling, I need you to scream my name louder."

Arabella bit her lips. Despite the urge not to, she couldn't help herself. She groaned as his finger thrust faster in her.

"Sandro!" She screamed, her legs spasming as she came.

She panted whilst trying to sit up.

Her eyes landed on Sandro and she glimpsed the dent in the pants he donned.

But her concentration broke as his phone vibrated and he let out a loud groan.

"De Luca," He mumbled and nodded to whatever was said at the other end.

"I'll be there in an hour." He ended the call and stood from where he sat. His eyes wandered to his arousal and noticed it had gone down, then to Arabella.

"Go clean yourself up in the bathroom."

"Okay," She nodded and wrapped the duvet around her.

Sandro gripped her hand as she moved past him and yanked the duvet from her body.

"You are mine, so stop hiding from me."

Arabella nodded, her head down. She scurried into the bathroom with her bare body and stood by the door-side.

She heaved a breath and let it out slowly as she slid down the wooden door.

Shame coursed through her body as she recalled what had happened.
