Chapter forty-three( Seems like we are dead Heaven!

Third person's pov:

Placing her hand on her ribs to smoothen the pain, with her other hand holding her gown to allow her to run, she proceeded with running. With a faint breath, she continued running towards the woods. She truly knows that running into her room at this moment wasn't a good idea for Nicholas is likely to come to find her there, she knows that her life is in more danger because Nicholas isn't going to let what happened today slide easily, not after kneeling him in between his thighs. Running to the woods was the only idea that is in her mind right now since she isn't any close to anybody in this park and what she doesn't want is putting Angel in a problem. So she avoided going to Angel's room, she doesn't want to drag her into this mess.

Her whole body ached, especially her ribs and she knew that she had a bone fracture and will sustain a severe injury there, but now wasn't the right time to start checking that. Her body is full of scars due to the physical abuse she always got from Nicholas, some have healed when some healed but not without leaving a scar. She felt that her bones were being separated from each other as the pain was endless, and she couldn't think of resting in any corner to avoid bumping into Nicholas, her demon mate, and monster of a husband. She knows that she has run very far from Nicholas's room but her fear is Nicholas using her scent to track her down. The thought of that makes her feel nausea as her heart tightens in the thought of her being under the mercy of Nicholas. Reaching the woods, she released a breath that she didn't know that she was holding before. Holding the tree for support as she groans in pain, her whole body felt like they were burning. Her eyes shut open with their ears flared up as she picked up noise around the woods. She became vigilant but she knew that if it was a rogue that she wasn't fit to fight any of them her heart calmed a bit when she remembered that a rogue couldn't enter their pack territory with the way that their pack was heavily guarded.

But still, that didn't stop her from moving deeper into the woods, till she couldn't hear the voice again. Groaning in pain, she slowly sat down with her head resting on the bark of the tree. "Buff………" she released a faint breath. Her chest kept rising and down as she tried catching her breath. Her eyelid was heavy but she fights everything in herself to stay awake, she fights her nerves to stay alert against any wild animals or Nicholas. Not being able to control herself since no matter how much she struggled to stay open-eyed, she noticed that she couldn't help it, she allowed darkness to take control.

Her eyes felt very heavy for her to open, as much as she struggles to open her eyes it still wasn't working. She can hear voices around her, with her eyes still closed her brow furrowed in worry as she noticed that the owner of the voices was arguing about something. Forcing herself to open her eyes but still, nothing was happening, "Am I dead…….." She nervously whispered to herself as panic overwhelmed her. She can recall running deeper into the wood and collapsing there but here she noticed a soft fabric on her skin, with her confusion thriving bigger she felt her body laying on the soft fabric. She can clearly remember running into the woods to avoid Nicholas after kneeling him in between his thighs, finding it difficult to gulp down as panic and fear grip inside her as she thought about Nicholas snagging her.

"I am dead……..!!

"How sure am I that is not Nicholas arguing or patiently waiting for me to nurture back to life to carry on with his torture……?

" Heaven!....... We are dead,"

"I don't want to come back to life," shutting her eyes very tight, she prays for the moon goddess to allow this situation to favor her this time around. She didn't want to see Nicholas, she didn't even know how to face him. She is fucking sure that Nicholas won't spear her this time around no matter what and this scares the shit out of her.

"How sure am I that Nicholas hasn't killed me?"

"Maybe I am dead and now hearing the voices of the spirit……." The mere thought of that, the thought of her seeing or laying behind the spirits frightened the hell out of her "Haa……!! She screamed nervously within her as she felt a hand caressing her forehead to smother her frown. The hands were magical, she felt sparkles everywhere that the hand touched her. She didn't want the hand to let go of her, she felt empty the moment that she couldn't feel the hand again. She wanted to come back to reality and yelled madly at the hand why it stopped.

The voices inside the room started dying down, she heard a chair pulled out, and tightening her eyes she bits her tongue to avoid screaming as her fists were clenched together. She noticed goosebumps all over her body as she felt someone staring at her, she felt an eye glancing sensually at her. She felt her all-over body shiver in response, she felt her body calling the eyes for more. She fucking needs the person all over her as they made sweet love, just the two of them.

"Are you serious right now, Mira!!...... She questioned herself with a terrified look.

"What if it is Nicholas, seriously waiting for us to wake up……? She frustratedly groaned in anger.

" Hey….Heaven you there….." She whispers her wolf's name as she feels the person's eye undressing her, she could feel the heated gaze toward her. Fear kicked into her body as the event of that day that Nicholas raped her flashed through her mind, she wanted to open her eyes. She so much wanted to jerk back to reality but she stresses and worries snapping her eyes open only to be met with her number one enemy Nicholas.

"Heaven!!....." She screams for her wolf to come to her rescue, she could feel the mate bond but doesn't know who among the brothers is seating around her all she knew is that one of the siblings is inside the room eye raping her. All she knew was that one of her mates is inside here staring heatedly at her, and this scares her. She is not in the right mind to meet any of them, she just wanted to be left alone.

"But wait, I know that I am dead…. Does that mean that they also follow me to the spirit world?"
