My thoughts are very messy these days, a little bit Cavan. I have been sitting for a long time today, but I still have no idea.

Asking for a day off, one day, take a good rest, recently I am really tired, very tired, very exhausted. The second is to sort out your ideas and think about what to write in the follow-up.
