“I… I don’t know what you are talking about.” Tiara muttered, looking away.
“Ara!! You definitely know what I’m talking about right now.” Wylder spoke in a no-nonsense tone. “I learned what you did do with Lee when she had a date night with Theo. I don’t like sugarcoating things, and at the same time, I’m not that friend who will approve of everything I do and won’t tell you whether you were right or wrong.”
‘You don’t need a friend who changes when you change and who nods when you nod. Your shadow does that much better.’ Tiara recalled her mother’s words when she had once complained that Wylder didn’t stand by her side when she got in a fight with a girl, which was Tiara’s mistake, to begin with.
“Fighting over a guy with your own sister? Seriously? I expect much better things from you.” Wylder spoke and signaled her to walk toward the dining table. “It wasn’t that she was stealing your mate. You both were his mates.
“Stop scolding me, okay? If you have any problem with me, then I’m leaving.” Tiara snapped at him.
“I dare you to take a step, and I promise I will drag you back.” Wylder threatened. Tiara narrowed her eyes and started leaving and sensed him behind. She quickly started running.
“Aaaa…” She screamed when she was thrown over Wylder’s shoulder like a sac of potatoes. “Put me down!!” She started, wiggling in his grip.
“What do you think that if you will threaten to leave, then I will stop showing you the mirror, huh?” Wylder asked, taking her back to the dining table.
“Leave me, Wild.” With that, she started wiggling again, only to get a tight spank on her ass. Her eyes widened in shock while Night enjoyed spanking her. Wylder scolded him for doing so, but he didn’t care. To be honest, he wanted to spank her at least ten times, considering Dora wasn’t there.
“Never. Even when you do wrong, I won’t, Ara. I will be there to scold you and make you realize that you did wrong instead of leaving you.” Wylder said, shutting her mouth. He put her down near the chair. “Come on, now!! EAT.” He said, pulling a chair for her. But Tiara started running again to leave. She grabbed the handle of the door right before his arms wrapped around her waist. All of a sudden, Tiara started laughing loudly, and Wylder joined her. He loved Tiara laughing like this. She looked so beautiful.
Soon, he smelt her tears. He felt that she started crying, but it was because of laughter. She was laughing so hard as if this was the best game they had ever played.
After a while, she stopped laughing and turned around while his arms were still around her waist.
“I’m lucky to have a friend like you, Wild. Thank you.” She said with a smile and kissed his cheeks. “Come on, let's have dinner.”
Wylder wanted to hold her in that way all his life, but when she shook his arms, he had to let her go.
“What happened? What are you thinking?” Tiara asked when she felt that something was going on in his mind.
“Nothing. Just wondering that if I will try to leave, then you will ever stop me like this?” Wylder asked, lying to her again.
“You won’t leave me. I know. You will come around every time.” Tiara winked and started leaving when he grabbed her wrist and pulled her toward him, making her head collide with his chest.
“That’s not the answer to my question, Ara.” He said in a serious tone. Even though he had asked that question to escape her question, he wanted to know the answer to the question.
Tiara looked into his eyes and kept looking into them until he called her name again.
“Ara…”
“You will find out on your own when you will leave me.” Tiara teased him. She was about to say that, of course, but then decided to tease him instead. Wylder shook his head because he realized that he would never find the answer to this question because he would never leave her. NEVER.
