Arabella felt stupid reading the line again and again on Wylder’s phone.
‘Doctor Stephen Strange is a character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.’
When she all of a sudden remembered his name, then she was hopeful that maybe, maybe, she could help herself in one way or another, but it looked like the person whom she could remember from her past was of no use to her.
“Are you sure that there is no other Doctor Stephen Strange?” She asked with a little hope. All she could find was a dead end.
“Doctor Stephen Strange, who can do magic just like me?” He asked to which she nodded her head. “Nope.” He added, shaking his head and observing her getting upset. Her eyes moistened, and she looked lost.
“Hey, don’t be upset! I will help you in finding about your past. If you want.” Wylder offered, not telling her that he was also planning to do the same. He had just twelve days with him. He had to find a way to trigger her wolf, and that would be possible when she would a strong turmoil.
‘Do you think whatever we are feeling, she will be feeling the same if she is our second chance mate?’ Night suggested. ‘In that case, I guess, we both know how to bring her wolf out.’ he added, on which Wylder smirked. Years back, his mentor had used the same strategy to bring him out once and for all.
“And why will you do that without any motive? What’s your reason behind it?” She asked him, looking at him suspiciously. She could bet all her money that he wanted to fuck her. That was a different story in that she didn’t have a penny in her account. Hell, she didn’t even have an account.
The whole world was selfish; no one would do a thing for her for free. “What do you want from me in return?”
“An heir..”
“I knew it.” She said in a knowing tone, cutting him in between. Sooner or later, he was going to show his real face to her. “You all Alphas know only one the….”
“Don’t cut me in between, Ugly Duckling. I need an heir from you through IVF.”
Her jaw dropped when she heard ‘IVF.’
“IVF means In vitro fertilization?” She asked to confirm, to which he nodded his head. She ignored the part where she knew the full form of IVF because, by now, she realized that her mind remembered everything except the part about who she was.
She didn’t know how to process this news. He wanted to have an heir with her but didn’t want to touch her. Well, wasn’t she giving a lot of importance to herself? There were a lot of beautiful Omegas out there whom he would choose to fuck rather than coming anywhere near her.
Should she be happy that she was in good hands? Someone who wouldn’t take advantage of her. Or get upset with the thought that he didn’t want to do anything with her.
“Why me? Your heir will be ugly like me.” She said in a very low tone. “Also, I don’t have a wolf. In that case, your heir might be born without a wolf.” She added.
“Bringing your wolf out will be my work. So, leave that up to me. The part is that I want an heir from you.” Wylder said in a serious tone.
‘We will have all our pups from you.’ Night growled in excitement. But by then, they had to keep their mouth and emotion masked. “So, Is that a deal? You will give me an heir, and I will help you find your identity. After that, you can leave.”
Arabella’s stomach twitched at that word. She had to leave. She didn’t know why his words were affecting her so much.
‘This Alpha has definitely done some kind of magic on me, because of which I’m feeling this way.’ She again blamed Wylder for everything. Well, she wanted someone whom she could blame for everything that was happening to her. And what could be better than blaming a wizard?
