Evie wasn't born yesterday, not to know what Ren meant. She was both embarrassed and pleased that a big block of ice like Ren was responding to her.

Sometimes . . . no, oftentimes Evie felt like Ren was too serious to seduce. Women would feel embarrassed to even approach him when he shot them his signature grey eyes, cold as a winter storm. He was just too focused on his goals and seemed very indifferent towards women.

He was a man, after all. Evie mused to herself.

Ren drew back a little and spent a moment studying Evie's face, and she felt her blush deepen under his intense gaze.

He stared at her lovingly, his eyes softening with tenderness before sparkling with something else. He tilted her head to the side and kissed her, his lips demanding.

Evie felt a smoldering heat deep within her as Ren's grip tightened, crushing his body to hers, gentle yet firm. He slanted her head further, deepening the kiss.

Evie felt the strings of her swimsuit loosened, exposing her full breasts for Ren to ogle. She felt herself on fire at the sight of his eyes full of lust and desire.

For a moment, they sat there, rooted on their spot, not moving â€"â€" just enjoying each other's view.

Evie heard Ren gulping down many times as his eyes leveled on her breasts. She parted her legs a little wider to give him entry when he slowly leaned in.

Without a word, Ren was first to crawl out under the Life Guard Tower and help Evie to her feet.

There were no words spoken between them. Only their hurried steps and panting breaths served as an indication of their impatience to get back to the rest house and continue what they were doing before.

There was a fire ignited within them, and it burst into a flame that could no longer be extinguished.

"Oh, hello, Ren, Evie." Sumeri greeted when Ren and Evie burst inside the rest house and zoomed upstairs without a word of reply.

"Bye, Ren. Bye, Evie." Sumeri waved and snickered over her hand. She congratulated Evie in her mind for a job well done.
