Chapter 5 His touch

There was a gap before the next prof enters so we took the chance and started choosing our topic for the debate. We gathered all 10 to choose a suitable one.

" What do you think of animal testing? It suits our field and it is a major topic." Alicia stated.

"No, I would hate the opposite group if they chose to be with animal testing," Penny said.

" Who told you that your own group would even be against it?" George joked.

" No, just choose something else for god's sake, I will cry a river if you chose that one," Penny argued.

" What about; gambling should be illegal." Shawn proposed. The word 'gambling' rang through my ear, which could not be a mere chance. I bet his dad already told him about how I got here. What a fuckin asshole!

" I agree, I agree," Molly said and it was obvious that she only agreed because it was Shawn's idea.

" I don't mind." George and Alicia replied and we ended up choosing that topic.

" Our group would be with," Shawn added.

" That's the spirit man, gambling is so much fun." Penny chuckled.

-"You don't mind, Lily. Right?" Shawn asked which grabbed everyone's attention, I was the new kid and only my previous classes knew my name so how did Shawn know it.

" Do you know each other?" Alicia questioned.

" No" " Yes," I said.

I stared his way and I could see him smirking. What is he planning to do?

" I met him at the front gate of the university and I asked him for directions." I clarified.

They left it at that and we got out of the class, I noticed Molly coming my way.

" Switch with me, I want to be with Shawn." She ordered as if I was at her service, which irritated me.

" I don't want to be against so ask Shawn to switch to your group instead," I replied.

" I said I want to switch with you, can't you hear?" she retorted.

" And I am quite sure I responded to your rude request by a 'No'."

" Who is your father?" She asked.

" What does your family do?" she added keen to know my status so she would understand who she is dealing with.

" None of your business," I said as I passed by her ignoring her next question.

I joined my friends in the next class and then excused myself to go home. They asked me about the reason why a lot of bodyguards accompanied me to college and I said that my family is just overprotective, what a joke. That is the total opposite of what my family is.

I hopped in the car and headed to the mansion; I went up to my room and got out a pack of cigarettes from my backpack. It seems that today was one of the days when I am not in the mood. Cigarettes were the only thing I enjoyed back at home, they soothe my worries somehow.

I was smoking by the window listening to music when suddenly the earphone was pulled out from my ear. I turned around and I spotted no one other than Shawn.

" I didn't know you smoked, I could have chosen a smoking topic instead." He started.

" You don't need to go that far, as I said all you have to do is talk it out with your dad," I mentioned throwing the cigarette in the empty trash can.

" Do you know what dad actually wants from you?"

" No, what is it that he wants?"

" He wants to marry us off."

" What, no way... What are you talking about?" I asked confused but what he is spouting.

" He thinks you are suitable to be my wife, a hard-working girl who doesn't care about money and would love me for whom I am pulling me towards the top just like my mom did to him."

" This is ridiculous." I spat out.

" You think so?" he said approaching me even more, his face was only a few inches from mine as he leaned to meet my eyes’ level.

" If you really think so then you should run away before I change my mind and decide to keep you by my side. After all, dad and I have the same taste," he said moving his lips to my ear now.

I did not want him to belittle me; he keeps acting this way whenever he sees me so I shouldn't back away this time. He was trying to intimidate me but in vain, he knows nothing about my personality and what I am actually capable of.

I stood on my tiptoes and whispered back in his ears.

" I am not someone's property so you could freely choose to keep me by your side or not, I will speak with your father about this since it wasn't a part of my deal."

" How cute of you to think that you have a saying in this," he said while holding my waist sticking my body to his, he lift me up swiftly and threw me on the bed.

" What the fuck do you think you are doing?" I asked getting up but he kept pushing me back every time I tried to stand on my feet. He took off his shirt exposing his muscular six-packs and his perfectly tanned body. He unzipped his pants and hopped on the bed pulling me from my thigh, he was so strong honestly moving my body easily as if I was a backpack or something.

" Do you have a death wish?" I asked trying to push him away but he grabbed both my hands and pinned them on the mattress above my head. He placed his right knee between my thighs and placed his other hand on my lips.

" I can't see your obnoxious attitude anything but sexy, if you keep provoking me, I will take it as an invitation," he said in a very manly voice, he can't be our age honestly.

" You must have gone insane, you have a girlfriend... Duh." I pointed out.

" Everyone but you knows that Molly is no more than a plaything; I am also the same to her. We don't care that much about each other." he purred as he closed the distance between his lips and mine.
