3826 Stealth Kills

My aura changed, and stealth covered me as I landed on the ground, before started moving again.

I have killed all the Grimms in my immediate area, but there are a lot of Grimms. I could sense them in every direction through my soul sense.

Including the Sky Sovereigns, which are more powerful than the Werewolf, I had fought. If I am caught by them, especially the peak ones, then no trump card of mine will be able to save me.

I am now moving in a different direction than before I had sensed the Grimms. It is clear, they have gotten control over the closet gate.

This means I will have to move toward a different gate; I didn't choose the second closest one, but one little further. The Grimms are coming from the south; it would be wise if I moved north.

So, I moved, with a speed that was not slow, but not fast either. It is speed, that will let me use the stealth to max while moving.

I am also sending the soul waves in every direction. Aware of every danger coming toward me.

A few minutes passed, and I stopped. A Sky Sovereign flew away not far from me. I needed to wait for over two minutes before I could move away.

The Sky Sovereign had spread his soul sense far and wide. I needed to stay there before it moved away. It is the reason, why I hadn't gone for the group of five Earth Sovereigns, one of them being a bloodline Grimm.

They are moving behind the Earth Sovereign, and killing them will instantly alert the Sky Sovereign.

I don't want that; I want to leave this place and kill some bloodline Grimms, only when it is safe.

Even though outside wouldn't be much safer. I had seen the data. They are using the ruin as a bridge; their real target is the outside world. It is likely, that there would be more Grimms, but there would also be a Prime and a lot of powerhouses.

As I moved, I cast a glance inside my core, where the growth of energy is still coming, and the bees are still sucking the nectar.

I am worried about them, but it is a once-in-a-year opportunity. I need to use it to its fullest.

Over ten minutes passed when my eyes lit up. The group of four Earth Sovereign Grimm had appeared closer to me, and all the Sky Sovereigns and their soul senses were far away from this place.

I could kill them, and they wouldn't even notice.

I didn't waste, even a second more thinking and moved toward them. I didn't get out of the steal, but still faster than them.

It took me nine and a half minutes to reach closer to them when I stepped off stealth and appeared behind them.

They were only able to let out a single word, before I finished them off and stepped back into the stealth, without leaving a single sign of the battle.

It is such a regret, that not the single one of them had a bloodline. I am not that disappointed; I will get the essence rose from them, not to mention, the storages.

Though it would have been wonderful if any least one of them had a bloodline. It didn't matter, I would get more; I wanted enough of them to take all my newly planted plants to the Earth Sovereign.

Given the number of Grimms here, I don't think, I will have a problem in achieving that.

The only thing, I have to do is to remain careful. Not give in to my greed.

An hour passed, and I had killed several Grimms including the two with the bloodlines. I also saw the slaughter of natives; the Grimms were killing every native they could see, and very few were resisting it.

There are not many Sky Sovereigns have come to this ruin. If they had, our condition wouldn't be so bad.

I do not need to take the risks. I am already too powerful for my level. I should focus on surviving and leveling up.

Once, I become Earth Sovereign; I will be able to fight against such enemies in my heart's content.
