3902 Fighting The Cultist
"Who are you?"
Came the questions as the surprise died down and all of them got up, with their energies rumbling in their bodies.
"Who we are is not important. Where are we from is," replied Taev with a grin and a moment later, the badge on her chest became visible.
"Tor!" the old man screamed in an alarm and took a step back before stopping.
"Surrender all of you,"
"Once we start, you might not get a chance," said Magli as they stopped in front of the undead, without fear of his eyes.
"How are you going to do that, with Initial-Sky Sovereign power?" asked the scaled woman as she took a step forward.
Her aura of Peak Sky Sovereigns roared out and also the formation around the cavern lit up sealing it tightly.
"You are good, members of Tor. You were able to find us, but you have overestimated your abilities and, for you, you will pay with your life," said Crab Beastman.
"Unfortunately, it is you all, who are overestimating your abilities."
Their expressions changed, and they turned back, only to see me getting up from my spot.
I am not an Earth Sovereign anymore, but a Sky Sovereign of mid-level, looking at them with a smile.
"The first one who surrenders. Will have painless arrest." I spoke.
I have no plan to kill them, and these do not have to kill switches, as many do. They could kill themselves conventional way, but I won't let that happen.
"We decline," replied the woman and came at me with crab beastman with aura flaring.
Seeing that, I grinned.
I wanted them to not surrender. It would have taken all the joy out of the fight. I wanted to fight; it had been months since I had fought.
Six months. The last time I had fought, I had been in the suppressive region.
These two moved toward me, while three others moved toward the Taeve and Magli. They are more than capable of dealing with them.
Even if there had been one of them. They would have been fine.
Tor doesn't accept average. All members are stronger than their peers, especially stronger compared to these cultists.
They have gotten their power from dark means.
When they were five meters away from me. A white armor appeared on my body, a white sphere in my hand. There is also a ribbon of white fire attached to it.

I looked at a woman, who was looking at me in surprise.
I grinned at that. Making her angry.
"Tor never disappoint," she said and attacked me again alongside Beastman.

I once again dodged his attacks, but clashed with the woman.
She didn't pause and attacked again, appearing behind me. Her saber moved, covered in concentrated blue energy.
Which I once again stopped. That didn't stop her for a moment, and she attacked again.
She may have the average power due to how she gained it, but she has recovered some of that weakness with her skills.
It is clear that she is quite experienced and also talented. If she hadn't chosen her path, she would have a bright future.
Now, it will be bad. Once I captured her, she will never be able to see the light again.
She had committed a sin and thus she would be punished, and nobody would have been able to help her.
"You are quite good for the cultist," I praised, but didn't get a reply. She attacked me with even more.
I responded by dodging the attack of the beastman.
He is average, both in skill and power.
This is quite disappointing, seeing he is in front of the lava crab tribe; the beast-man of that tribe has powerful bodies and inherent fire elements.
Even their least talented members have fire talent equal to the Grade III constitution.
Well, he is going to pay for that, but I hope, before he does, he shows me something. I am would really be disappointed if he didn't.
He is increasing his power steadily, but that isn't enough.
He will have to bring out something good.
It is the only way, I will engage with him, or I'll just keep dodging, till I get bored and finish him off and I get bored quickly.

She glared at me and launched an even more powerful attack, but I defended each one of them with my spear.

He also looked at the woman, who he was not moving to defend him. Instead, she has moved to kill me, to take advantage of this.
She is a cruel, pragmatic woman. Thinking of her survival first before others.
She knew she couldn't save her teammate. If she tried, she herself might get killed. So, she decided to take complete advantage of this opportunity.
Her aura flared powerfully as she moved toward me. Even I felt a little scared of her attack.

My spear pierced through his chest before I disappeared from my spot, dodging the attack. She was very sure that it would hit me.
I turned to her as I dodged her attack, while the body of the teammate fell down.
He is not dead, despite looking like it.
I have no interest in killing. The quick death is too easy for him. He will have to suffer for all the lives, he had reaped in here.
"It seemed like you will not be killed unless I am willing to pay a serious price," she said and looked around the cavern.
"I could not be killed. At least, not by you and your means," I replied, and she smiled.
She seemed quite confident of her means. If I had been in her place, I would be too. What she has is quiet powerful.
Enough that I might get killed by it.
