Chapter 4 Who am I in this family?

Ellena is very upset when she sees young master Hogue. The arrogant guy who sucks so much for him. What's more, Mr. Hogue's gaze seemed to look down on her.

A handsome man smiles sweetly at him. "Why is it going so fast, miss?" said the man who is Christo.

Ell smiled instantly. "Sir Chris.." said Ell who looked blushing because of Christo's smile.

"Why doesn't your florist open miss?" says Chris then invites Ell to sit in the culinary area, which is not so far from Ell's residence.

"I just finished my last year at school xx," Ell said with a somber smile.

"Why? Are you out of your job?" asked an astonished Chris. Ell just nodded somberly, with his gaze as if there was so much sadness there.

"Do you want to work with me?" said Christo, impressing Ell, but he couldn't just let his family's business go bankrupt.

"No sir. I had to continue my family's business because the shop was my mother's legacy inherited from grandma," Ell said with a somber face.

Chris patted Ell on the shoulder. 'I'm sorry, I didn't know about it. But if you need me, I'm ready to help you." Ell only nodded after hearing the statement from Chris.

Huh... "How do I grow this business. And I never cared about this effort anymore.." complained Ell, and began to think of asking for help from her father.

"Cars family residence"

The residence of her father and also her stepmother, while her half-brother was not in place. Mr. Cars is the father of Ellena, who has rarely noticed Ell since her mother's death.

A woman with a hostile gaze walks down the steps of the Ell family home.

In her cavalier style the woman said, "what made cars' only child come here?" said the woman who is Ell's stepmother.

"I just want to talk to dad!" said Ell.

"Hey! That's so arrogant of you! Just because you work in that little florist, you think you're great with my son!" exclaimed his stepmother.

"I'm sorry, Mrs. Flia. I just want to see my dad, I don't have more time to argue with you!" said an exasperated Ell.

"Just like your humble mother!" said Mrs. Flia with a slanted smile.

"Stop! Don't you ever dare talk about my mom! You have no right. —" recalls Ell.

"Ellena!" exclaimed her father from the main door. A step towards Ell with a furious stare.

A perfect landing slap on Ell's smooth cheek. It doesn't hurt too much, but it cuts through Ell's heart and feelings.

"You're so sassy yelling at your mother! If you get out of this house you become a wild woman!" snapped her father. Ell just fell silent while touching the former slap of the father's hand.

"Honey, never give it up. Maybe I should go to my son's house, so Ellena can go back to this house.." said her stepmother. Of course, he was playing a play in front of Ell's father.

"No need! I'm going to go, and I'm not going back here again!" said an exasperated Ell. He was very upset at his father's attitude, which never gave her a chance to talk or even explain the real events.

"Ellena! You're so insolent!" snapped her father again. But Ell went straight out of her family's house.

Ran and kept running under the pouring rain. Ell's arrival at her father's residence was merely to discuss the development of her business going forward. But Flia's mistress, her stepmother, deliberately creates a new problem between Ell and her father.

Mr. Brandon Cars is a successful businessman. Businesses engaged in electronics, and also sometimes doing business trading on the black market.

Smuggling of firearms. Because of this, all of her father's business was confiscated by the authorities.

Luckily the father was not thrown in jail but on the condition of paying compensation that almost made them lose everything. Her stepmother can only be in vain, even making the relationship between Ell and his father quite cold.

Since the sudden death of his mother, Ell has become a fairly cold person within the Cars family. The father immediately married Mrs. Flia, and it was only a few months after her mother's death. It makes Ell even sadder. Even her father became quite changed to him, no longer being gentle.

Tonight Ell was badly hurt. Because only this time he was hit by his father, only because of a misunderstanding between Ell and his stepmother. Ell's father did not give Ell an explanation.

If this is the case, Ell's efforts to explain are of course useless. Ell better just go and start his new life.
