The plan was to bring her out on full moon to see if she would shift or not, as soon as we sat down, I paid close attention at her and at the same time, I acted so oblivious to everything that was going on.

Within ten minutes of sitting outside to watch the moon, I started hearing her wince in pain, a human wouldn't hear her because she made sure it was all murmur and mumbles.

I decided not to jump into conclusion, maybe it was period cramps or something, I waited patiently, when I noticed that pain was getting unbearable for her and I could hear the snaps, the cracks and how her body language had changed, she was uncomfortable and wanted to hide something.

I smiled before feigning oblivion and concern, I was right after all, my wolf is always right, there was no way a human could possess the ability of a werewolf, I even feared that she might be a hybrid.

I noticed when one of her hands had turned to a paw but I ignored it, she tried to run away from me, I pretended to stop her but I noticed the hormonal changes in her.

She was transforming into one of us, I tried to hold back the joy, it was such a difficult task, our relationship was going to another level, I have had a feeling that this particular human is abnormal and that she's my mate, my wolf can never lie.

She ran off thinking that it was the best thing to do, to prevent her from harming me.

I shifted into my wolf quickly and pursued her, I watched her shift fully into a beautiful white wolf from a distance

I watched as he shifted back into his human self, leaning him in shorts and his abs came into display, I was more than shocked, in fact, since the beginning of my birthday up till I have gotten nothing more than surprises but now, I couldn't believe it.

"So, you hoped that I would turn to a werewolf on my Eighteenth year birthday?! Why?! "

"You obviously have some skills that humans aren't supposed to possess like speed, strength and sense of smell."

"So, what now?! I can never have a normal life again, not when I can't help shifting."

"You have me.. Besides, we can stay in the cabin or you can join the pack." He offered.

"I think Mrs. Stanley obviously knows, she was the one who raised you which obviously means she knows one thing or the other about your parent's history." He pointed out.

"You have a point, I would just have to stay away from them for their safety."

"Yeah, I would move your bag to the pack house as the Luna of the pack."

I jumped on his back and he ran back to the cabin, we got there in a jiffy but not as fast as a vampire would.

Only Mrs. Stanley could reveal the whole truth but I don't think it's safe to be around humans, if I go home, Carly will surely be there.

"Only Mrs. Stanley can answer your questions."

"It took me Eighteen years before I could shift which means one of my parents was a human, probably my mum though." I answered my own question.

"You know nothing about your parents?"

"Nope, I don't.. except the fact they were murdered."

"Murdered? By who? How did it happen?" He threw questions at me.

"That's what I don't know."

"Should I bring Mrs. Stanley over?."

"No, Carly would probably be with her and she would want to come along and when she sees the mark on my mark, she would ask multiple questions that might push me over the edge." I replied in a rush.

"Okay, I won't, I will go pack your bags from there and make sure she doesn't come along, do you want to stay here or the pack house?."

"The pack house, please, I want to know how it feels like." I stated.

"You are ready for drama? Kaylee is going to be there."

"More than ready." I smirked with my arms crossed.

He stood up and walked towards me, "I can already imagine a girls' fight up front but let me get going, I will come pick you up when I have dropped your stuffs."

"Be safe, you can explore the woods though, see you later, my Luna." He placed a kiss on my forehead before leaving me with a smile plastered on my face.

My little blushing moment was cut short by my phone ringing, I grabbed to check the caller ID, it was Carly.

I hesitated before picking it up, I wasn't really for any conversation that involved loads of questions right now but I had to pick it up, if not she would get worried and probably head for my house and when, she doesn't find me, she might head to Kyle's and then, Kaylee might hold her hostage which will eventually make me…

Stop over thinking this whole thing, panicking won't help, just answer the damn question and act like the normal you.

I took in a deep breath and released it before answering the phone call.

"Hey you, it seems as if I disturbed your little honeymoon." She said as soon as I picked the call.

I let out an uneasy laugh, "No, you didn't, sorry that I didn't pick up your calls quickly, I was in the bathroom." I lied.

"That's no problem, soooo...how was last night? How was the date? Where did you take? Did you finally get laid? Did you confess your feelings? Was Kaylee around to witness it? Did he ask you out already? Did he make your birthday night memorable? And when are you going to come back home? You know you missed school today because of man. " She threw alot of questions at me in a rush making me even uneasy.

"Ummm… last night was good, more than good, alot of things happened last night and they are all good things, trust me, he asked me out, I agreed so we are official and we had sex last night, I won't be coming back home because I would be living with him from now on." I told her.

"Oh my gosh!!! I'm so happy for you, you finally got the guy you have always wanted, your birthday was indeed memorable," She squealed shortly then paused.

"Wait what? You won't be coming back home? What about Mrs. Stanley, you want to leave her alone? Don't you think you are rushing things? You guys just got into a relationship, I don't think it's advisable to start living with him." She pointed out.

I sighed, " Mrs. Stanley can take care of herself, she isn't that old besides she has friends that comes to visit her time to time and you won't understand."

"What do you mean by I won't understand? I'm your best friend, make me understand."

"Even if I explain, you won't still understand, so, please, don't bother."

"Issy, is everything okay with you?"

"Yes! It is, please, enough with the questions, by the way, aren't you in school? You should be in class, I need to do something."

"Yeah, I should but I snuck out of class just to make sure my best friend was okay, I'm sorry for disturbing, I will see you already." She sounded offended before she ended the school.

She didn't sound offended, she was but there was nothing I could do, I had to stay away from her, the only people I have right now are my new pack members that if they like me.

Anyways, if they don't, I don't care but if they try to make my life a living hell all because of Kaylee's manipulation, I would move out to the cabin.

This new life of mine was going to be easy but I had no choice than to accept it.
