"No. It has nothing to do with him." Veronica knew in herself that she's not telling the truth.

It must be quite unbelievable and embarrassing to tell Chloe what happened to her.

"Ah!" Veronica shouted. "Why do you always come at me altogether?" Smiling, she pretended to scold them.

All six little ones climbed onto her body.

When she turned around, she saw that Daniel, who had been squeezed down from her, got up and sat with his short hands and short feet. With an expectant expression on his face, the moment that he saw Veronica, his mouth was round and his eyes smiled like a crescent moon.

"You're back?" Isabella was overjoyed to see Veronica Parker. "When did you get back?"

"I came back for more than an hour." Veronica sat up from the ground and her babies fell one by one. The naughty and energetic ones fell flat on one side. Lily squatted on her waist, looked at her innocently like a kitten while Cathy sat next to her. The naughtiest child named Peter rolled down and climbed up to Veronica again. He climbed up to her from behind.

"Isabella, you've been working hard lately. Thank you for looking after my kids." Veronica Parker apologized.

"What are you working so hard for? Have you settled your affairs?" Isabella asked worriedly.

Veronica Parker said. "It's settled for the time being. I don't know in the future."

She is under his control and Veronica is certain that she can't leave the capital. She knew that Nick is hard and unfathomable to read. She can't predict what will happen in the future.
