Chapter 240 Good Morning Sunshine

She slid through the side of the bed and tried to reach for Nick's clothes. Veronica Parker can only go down from the end of the bed.

When she got to the end of the bed and was ready to squat because her legs were weak, she slipped and fell on the ground.

When Veronica Parker fell, she grabbed the quilt subconsciously with both hands, and the quilt was pulled off, and then she fell to the ground with a thump.

The sleeping Nick Cage instantly opened his eyes, came over and sat up.

He didn't find Veronica Parker next to him. Then her head popped up from the end of the bed, placed her chin over it and smiled at him. And because she fell and she accidentally pulled the quilt, there she saw again the exposed naked body of Nick Cage.

She smiled again, looked away, and quickly diverted her attention.

She stood up, hurriedly put down the quilt, and said, "I didn't mean to wake you up." She turned around to reach for Nick's shirt then she wore it. Nick Cage was stunned when she saw her wearing his shirt. His white shirt was extremely loose, and the hem dangerously wrapped around her buttocks, brushing her white thighs when she walks. Her beautiful legs were slender and symmetrical and everything about her still attracted him. Although they just did it last night, he felt the need again to grab her and hold her in his arms as tight as he could.

He watched her every move. From picking up her clothes, quick walk, just everything she does.

Veronica Parker sensed something and when she turned around, she caught him looking at her. "Yes, I'm wearing your clothes." She teased.

Veronica Parker picked up her clothes and walked towards the bathroom so she could change. As soon as her hand touched the bathroom door, she heard Nick Cage's low and intimidating order, "Change your clothes here."

Veronica Parker frowned angrily, turned around and glared at Nick Cage on the bed and asked, "What are you up to Mr. Nick Cage? Haven't you seen enough? What kind of bad taste are you?"

"Is there anything else I haven't seen in you?" He asked.

Veronica Parker was angry and looked pale.

She was too shy to change her clothes in front of him despite their extreme encounter last night.

Veronica Parker placed her clothes at the end of the bed, turned around then unbuttoned his shirt one by one. When she took off his shirt, she revealed again to him her beautiful white skin but this time with red marks on her back. Nick Cage looked at the marks that he had made, and his eyes darkened like a dangerous black hole.

Before Veronica Parker's white shirt was completely removed from her arm and Nick picked it up for her. He then pressed his body against her, brushed her hair to the side so he could take a closer look at her bite marks. Then he whispered, "It looks good on you. You're just as beautiful as ever." The fabric of the shirt could not stop the body heat from Nick Cage's restlessness, and she could even feel the lines of his chest muscles. It was so clear. It was so dangerous that Veronica Parker wanted to escape.

-Then a strong force from behind held her so tight.

"What are you doing?" Veronica Parker fell on the bed. And before she could do something, Nick reach out for her hands and pinned her on the bed so she couldn't get up.

All she could ever see now was his handsome face. Then he leaned forward to kiss her. Veronica Parker's face turned away. "I have to get going now. I need to work."

"You have work today?" Nick asked.

"Well, I don't have the luxury to stay here and not go to work." She responded. "Why not?"

Veronica Parker was so stunned. He was practically teasing her.

He looked at her then whispered, "Want to play a game with me?"
