Chapter 427 Isabella's Way Out

Isabella stood there, trembling with anger and fear. She is beyond terrified that Tom would actually release the video so she decided to comply with him and went to the hotel.

Upon arriving at the Hotel, Isabella was welcomed by Tom.

"Come in." He gestured for her to come inside the room.

She stood there terrified. Tom dragged her and closed the door behind.

Tom was dressed in a hotel nightgown and seemed like he just got out of the shower.

"You know what? I could find a younger and more beautiful woman but I'd rather choose you. Do you know why? Well, I think it's normal for you and me to have a date."

"Normal?" Isabella asked in disgust. "Since when did you ever start behaving normally? Your first marriage didn't end up well. The second one was far from being successful. Do you ever have a plan to change yourself? I pity your wives. They must have gone through hell during your marriage!"

It seemed like Tom was not affected by her words at all. "Well, that's how marriages work. If you can't do it, then someone should do it on your behalf. I used to like you before Isabella, and the feeling that I had for you ignited when we met again. I am no longer in a relationship so what's the catch? I swear I will not treat you badly if you would only give me a chance." He pushed his glasses upon saying that.

"Delete the video first and I shall do what you say." Isabella retorted.

"As long as you do what I want, the video will remain safe." Tom tried to hold her hand but Isabella was too disgusted so she moved away. Tom pushed her roughly into the bed and when he's about to rip her clothes off, a knock on the door suddenly emerged.

"Who is it?" Tom asked in agitation.

The person on the other side kept on knocking so he had no choice but to get up and open it.

He stood there aghast when he opened the door. His wife was standing outside. " Honey, what are you doing here?" Tom Parker suppressed the panic and asked.

"Am I not allowed to do so? I was just wondering why you always run into the Capital."

"As I've said, I have a business to attend to," Tom explained.

"Oh, really?" She asked in suspicion and went past Tom to enter the hotel room.

She came face to face with Isabella and her whole demeanor changed.

"So, this is the business that you are talking about?"

Tom's wife suddenly grabbed her phone to take a photo of Isabella being embarrassed.

"Since you dared to seduce a married man, I'm going to take photos of you and show it to everyone so they will come to know what a mistress looks like!" She began taking photos and Isabella could do nothing but hide her face in humiliation.

As if taking pictures of Isabella was not enough, Sarah also grabbed Isabella's hair.

"Where did you get the nerve to seduce my man? Your face should be seen by everyone!"

Isabella hissed in pain as Sarah continued to pull her hair. Tom was trying to stop Sarah but she was relentless.

"Sarah! She is a friend of mine. It's not what you think it is. She came here to talk to me. That's all!"

"Don't talk to me as if I was born yesterday, Tom! Do you think that I'm an idiot and I would believe you?" Sarah spat at him and pushed Isabella so hard that she fell to the ground.

"Believe me, Sarah. There is no place that is more convenient than the Hotel. Besides, she's living nearby. You know me! I needed to gain a foothold in Capital by relying on my contacts. I care about you so why would you think that I will replace you with another woman?" Isabella got up from the ground and took the opportunity to run outside the hotel room while the two were still arguing.

The humiliation has taken a toll on her. She no longer wanted to see anyone so she headed back to her residence.

Upon arriving, she went straight to the balcony and climbed up the railing. Her tears kept on falling as she stood on the balcony of an eight-story building. It would only take a little courage and a step further to the edge and her worries and humiliation will be gone. She would no longer feel anxious about the video being exposed and she wouldn't have to deal with Tom at all. She knew that Tom will stop at nothing as long as she's alive. She stared at the height beneath her. That was the only way out that she could think of.
