Chapter 554 The Barbeque
Chapter 554 The Barbeque
Veronica Parker turned her face away and asked, "He's your real uncle?"
"If you don't have a real father, where do you get a real uncle? I have a bad memory. "
Veronica Parker's vision narrowed, Cage family's people in her mind have been wiped out!
Such a topic was too dangerous, like an irregular bomb.
Veronica Parker changed the subject. "Yes? Well, I'll go the day after tomorrow, all right? "
Nick Cage's dark eyes were aggressive. "What's in it for me?"
She winked her eyes and said foolishly, "would you like to go to dinner with me?"
"No." Nick Cage refused.
Veronica Parker just said this on purpose, knowing that Nick Cage would never go to the Tom Parker family dinner with her.
"The advantage has been given, and you don't want it yourself." Veronica Parker turned around and was about to leave.
However, as soon as she was halfway around. Her waist got tightened and was forced to press against the muscles of Nick Cage's abdomen and sank into his chest.
The shadow is covered.
Veronica Parker's little mouth was suddenly kissed by Nick Cage.
"Wait a minute. "Veronica Parker is anxious to get rid of Nick Cage's kiss.
"What are you waiting for?"
"Just wait for. Yes! "Veronica Parker still cannot resist the strength of Nick Cage and her small mouth was kissed again by Nick Cage.
Veronica Parker struggled at the beginning, but later she became powerless.
When she was released, her face was pressed against Nick Cage's chest, leaving only a big gasp, her face flushed and his eyes misty.
"What would you like to eat tonight?" Nick Cage's voice was husky with restraint. "Hmm?"
Veronica Parker's consciousness gradually became clear. She came out of his arms and stood still. Her head still a little dizzy.
He took a steady breath, looked not far away and said, "Barbecue."
Nick Cage raised his hand to call the bodyguard and heard Veronica Parker continue to say--
"You see, the beach was so beautiful, shouldn't we set up a grill there? How about roasting all kinds of meat? "Veronica Parker asked while gesturing with her hand.
Nick Cage whispered, "Don't do it yet!"
"Yes." The bodyguard nodded slightly and turned to do it.
Sunset, no sunlight, to the whole sea covered with a blurred film, a gentle breeze from the sea, ripples rolling.
And on the huge private beach, there was a barbecue grill. Veronica Parker was having a decent barbecue!
Veronica Parker dipped a similar bunch of meat on the sauce on the table and gave it to Nick Cage. "Here, try this one."
Nick Cage took it and chewed slowly.
Veronica Parker noticed Nick Cage's expression and asked, "Was it undercooked?"
Nick Cage chewed and looked at her. "You don't know?"
"When I roasted it for the first time, I couldn't count it in my mind, so I'll let you taste it first, so you'll know if you can eat it!"
Nick Cage's expression froze there. He ate it without any doubt. And now he didn't know whether to swallow or spit out the meat in his mouth!
"Not cooked?" Veronica Parker asked carefully.
Nick Cage chewed twice and swallowed the meat. "When it's done, roast more."
Veronica Parker looked at him in bewilderment and baked it. Was that cooked or undercooked?
When he said it wasn't cooked, she ate it, too.
Veronica Parker was a little guilty and was about to turn over the flesh. The shadow next to her took her place. She heard Nick Cage's low voice of awe, "go and sit down."
Veronica Parker watched Nick Cage turn over the shrimp and thought, can he really roast it? It doesn't take much skill to think of such a simple thing. As long as it doesn't burn over and over again.
He turned and sat down at the table.
He looked at the sea and watched the small waves, while smelling the smell of barbecue was very relaxing and comfortable.
