Clare Parker finished off the champagne. She was angry.
Rachel Hamilton's eyes were here-and-there as if she was looking for someone.
"Where were you when Nick showed up? Are you busy with something else?", Clare Parker asked.
Rachelle Hamilton pulled her hair and said, "No! Mind your own business!"
In the past, everyone would wait for Nick Cage's arrival in every event but now, everyone knew he would be there if Veronica Parker was around.
"I'm going to the ladies' room," Rachel Hamilton said as she continued casting around.
She doesn't really want to stand next to Clare Parker and she wanted to see what was in the ladies' room.
She turned to the hallway and saw the bodyguards blocking the door to the ladies' room. They were not letting anyone in.
She seemed to figure out who was inside.
Rachel Hamilton stomped her feet angrily. Nick Parker belonged to her and Veronica Parker was seducing and flirting with him on the toilet!
At the ladies' room.
Veronica Parker was seated in the toilet for some time. She couldn't pee!
It was just her excuse to drive Nick Cage out of the ladies' room but she underestimated his tyrannical style.
"Open the door," said Nick Cage in a low voice.
"What do you want? I'm not done, yet!" she said.
"Do you want me to break this door?"
Veronica Parker panicked. She knew the door was not sturdy enough and could be opened in just one kick.
Veronica Parker opened the door. She was shocked when Nick Cage entered and locked the door.
"What are you doing? You shouldn't be here! I am not okay...I am not okay."
"You can't get better."
Nick Cage grabbed her chin and pressed his lips on her.
Veronica Parker recoiled in surprise. She was gasping for breath when she said, "Someone will come in!"
"No," Nick Cage kissed her again and didn't let her speak this time.
There was nothing to worry about someone might come in. The bodyguards blocked the ladies' room door making sure that even a fly could not go through it.
They were guarding it as if the ladies' room were owned by Nick Cage.
Back to the hall.
There was chaos.
Clare Parker was drunk. She gazed at the man in front of her and thought it was Nick Cage.
She walked towards the man. Her dress knocked down after she pulled the string on her shoulders. Her upper body was exposed.
Everyone in the hall roared. All men gave her lustful glances.
She kissed Martin.
"Do you like it?" she said while she pulled her dress down and threw it on the ground.
