"If it's embarrassing ---," Saxon Raglan said.

"I promise, it won't be," Veronica Parker said.

"But we should not do it now, we can wait half a month later" Saxon Raglan said.

They would wait half a month later? Veronica Parker thought he wanted Clare Parker to be free now but why would he not want to get her out of the bar as early as possible. What kind of operation was that?

She thought about the possibility that Saxon Raglan didn't really want Clare Parker. Did he only want her body? Just like Nick Cage wanted hers?

After a few seconds of confusion, Veronica Parker got up to open the door.

As soon as she opened the door, both of her legs were hugged tightly by the six little ones, and Peter wanted to climb up to her elbows but Veronica Parker put him aside for a little while.

"What are you doing here?" Veronica Parker was surprised.

She looked up and saw Bob instead of Nick Cage.

"Mom, we missed you! And then we thought we should come over!" Peter exclaimed.

"Mom, I'm going in!"

"Me too, Mom!"

"I love it here, Mom!"

"Wow!"

"You're house is really beautiful!"

The children were like little penguins flapping their small wings as they tour the insides of the apartment and Daniel ran the slowest among them.

Veronica Parker looked at them and she couldn't react immediately to the situation.

Bob said, "Miss Parker when I went to pick them up, they begged me to come over here so I brought them here. Is that all right? "

Veronica Parker smiled, "Of course! How could I not want them to be here? I longed to be with them every day. Come on in!"

"No, now that they are here, I'll go back first to Winter Villa because I have something to do," Bob said. "Miss Parker, if you need anything, just call me."

"Okay."

Bob's turned the other way and Veronica Parker closed the door.

It seemed that the children were going to stay there for the night.

Veronica Parker went to the kitchen to fill the basin with lukewarm water "Come here, Mom will wash your hands," the children then ran towards Veronica Parker and Peter took the lead as they lined up.

Behind Peter stood Cathy, Julie, Josh, Lily, and Daniel, all of them had an expectant look on their faces.

One by one Veronica Parker washed their hands with her gentle affection.
