Chapter 9
After I finished taking a shower, I came out of the bathroom with the bath kimono provided by the hotel and saw Dominik, who was already wearing his pajamas, was busy watching TV in the hotel room. His eyes looked excited watching one of the dramas, which, coincidentally, is my favorite drama which always airs at midnight. Quickly I sat next to him and watched TV with him.
"I didn't expect it! I haven't watched it for a long time!" I exclaimed with sparkling eyes.
"Do you like watching that?"
I ignored his question earlier and asked him to be quiet while I was engrossed in watching my favorite drama. As soon as the commercial break started, I just turned to him and answered his question with excitement.
"I really like it. I really like the man who is liked by the main character. Cool, mature, reliable, and sexy. Especially when the scene where the main character asked him to take off his clothes in front of the main character when they spend the night at the hotel because of bad weather. Even though the main character already has a fiancé, seeing the person she likes take off his clothes in front of her makes her unable to resist her desire to attack him anymore. Who the hell can resist to see a man so perfect taking off his clothes in such a sexy way? "
I immediately lay down on the bed and rolled around, burying my face into the closest pillow I managed to take it. Then, I was silent for a while, realizing that I was currently talking to Dominik.
This is bad. I spoke out!
I immediately got up from the bed and sat as straight as possible. "Well, I just love that drama."
He laughed at my words for a while before his expression became serious again. His hand immediately pulled me towards him and brought his face closer to mine.
"So, you mean you want me to do the same thing as the actor you were talking about?" he asked, looking straight at me with a face still as serious as earlier.
"Well, if you can, you can take off your clothes slowly like that. Or while dancing a little is fine too. I won't glance at other people if you want to do things like that in front of me every day." I replied, returning the look in his eyes while licking my lips.
"It doesn't matter. I can learn for that."
I shook my head, waving my hands in the air. "Don't push yourself too hard. Just like now it's okay, really."
"But if I don’t do that, Master will leave me for someone else." he replied, lowering his head with a sad face.
I lifted his chin, forcing him to look me in the eye. "Answer my question, Dominik. The one who is afraid that one of us will get bored is actually you, right?"
"Yes, you're right. That's why I asked my Master to be my girlfriend. But Master refused my offer earlier."
I took my hand off his chin and pushed his body down on the bed. My hands moved his upper body which was covered by the dark blue pajamas he was wearing. Slowly, I unbuttoned the pajama until it opened completely.
"Did I tell you to wear pajamas?"
"No, you did not tell me that, Master."
"That means I can take off the pajamas you are wearing now. Right?"
He seemed to object to my question earlier, but he did not answer my question earlier. My hands moved back behind the pajamas that I had opened while stroking his stomach slowly. Then my eyes turned to the little blue box that he had asked me to be his girlfriend. I stopped my hand and grabbed the small box while rocking for a moment before finally I took the ring out of the box and attached it to my left ring finger.
The size is just right too. Since when did he find out about my finger size?
I looked at Dominik, who was stunned to see me wearing the ring he gave me earlier. Then I remembered last week's incident when he linked his hand with mine in the hotel room door before we went to the hotel restaurant for breakfast.
Was it possible that he did it on purpose while secretly measuring my finger?
"So, Master agreed to my offer earlier?" he asked. His face looked happy when he saw me put on his gift ring which I had refused earlier.
I turned my face towards him while whispering close to his ear. "After you said you were going to learn to do my request earlier? Or what you said about you being afraid that I would glance at other people?"
"Master object to what I said earlier?" he asked. At first glance, I seemed to hear the worried tone in his voice earlier.
I took my face away from him and kissed him for a few moments before finally, I let go of my kiss which was intended to dispel his worries. "How could I refuse your offer earlier."
As soon as I heard my answer earlier, his expression that looked worried before now looks relieved. My hand stroked his hair slowly, and I began to turn my face closer to him until we were only a few centimeters away.
"Master…" he said, kissing my lips slowly. I let him kiss me because I felt his kiss was different from usual. If I could describe what kind of kiss he was giving right now, I would describe his current kiss feeling softer than when he kissed me the first time or when he finished masturbating in the car earlier. Even though it feels soft, I can catch the worry hidden behind the kiss. It seemed that what he said was true; he was afraid that I would leave him with someone else. Maybe he was afraid that I would leave him for whatever reason. Like feel bored or meeting other people who are more attractive than him, for example.
Even though he already looks so perfect for me, I thought as he briefly opened my eyes and saw Dominik who still closed his eyes and kept kissing me, as if he did not want to lose his moment of being with me right now.
I was wondering. Is there anyone more perfect than Dominik? His handsome face, athletic body, well-developed muscles, a submissive type who quickly understands without having to explain further.
I doubt that I can find someone more perfect than Dominik. That's why I don't understand why my dog is so worried that I'll leave him one day. I then closed my eyes again and refocused to feel the kiss he was giving this time. For me, that future can be considered later. The most important thing is to enjoy what I can do right now. Not the past, nor the future. But at this time.
After a while, he finally released his kiss from me and looked at me sadly. "So, you agreed to be my girlfriend, Leah? Or maybe you were forced to do it because you feel bad about me?"
I shook my head and stroked his hair gently. "I agree with your offer to be your girlfriend, Dominik. And if you want, I can also explain the reason why you engraved your initials on the inside of the ring you gave me earlier."
"So, what do you think the reason is for me to engrave my initials on the inside of the ring I gave you earlier?" he asked, brushing some of my hair behind my left ear. "I want to hear your opinion."
I took a deep breath before starting to speak. "You actually want to show the ring to everyone so that everyone knows that you belong to me, but you don't want me to get into trouble with the female employees who always surround you whenever you are in the office. Moreover, the ring you gave me was the same as the ring that you wear every day. Right? "
He nodded his head at the explanation I gave earlier. Then he showed me the ring he was wearing right now. "You're right. But there's one more reason you seem to have missed, Leah Mitchell."
I raise an eyebrow. "What is that?"
He stroked my cheeks gently and looked back at me sadly. "I want you to keep remembering me every time you see the ring. And I also add your initials on the back of the ring I'm wearing today."
"Keep remembering you, but don't want other people to know, huh?" I said, looking closely at my dog's magnetic eyes. "Sounds like a hell of a duty ring you gave me, Dominik Lawrence."
He just laughed at my words earlier. "I know it's tough. And I'll keep this ring even if you decide to leave me one day, Leah."
His face, which had laughed earlier, now shows his sad face again. I couldn't understand what he was thinking at the moment, but one thing was certain.
"Looks like you have now succeeded in getting me to like you, Dominik." I said while hugging him tightly. He immediately returned my hug, while kissing my hair several times.
After some time, he finally took his embrace away from me. Then he pushed me to his right side as if to give him a chance to sit on the bed, and without realizing it, I followed his movement earlier to sit on the bed. He looked back into my eyes while holding my hands tightly.
"Since you have received the ring I gave you, you are free to wear the ring at the office or not. But if you wear the ring in the office every day, I will feel calmer." he said, stroking the back of my hand. His eyes are fixed on the ring that is peeled on my left ring finger at this time.
"Why?"
He sighed softly at my question earlier, then leaned his head on my left shoulder. "Because that means our relationship is real. Not just a relationship between superiors and subordinates. Not a relationship between Master and her dog. But a relationship as lovers."
"That's why, the task you gave to the ring you gave me was too heavy. If I'll go leave you, what do you do?"
He immediately lifted his head from my shoulders and looked at me fixedly. "I will not let that happen. In fact, I will not leave you to anyone who tried to approach my Master, including the man who was talking to you in the hotel lobby and escorting you to the office at that time."
I lifted his chin at me. "So, you still have thoughts of him? I told you ..."
Before I could continue my words, suddenly something appeared that seemed to be my memory in the past. In a restaurant, I saw the face of Harris Keith, who was feeding me a spoonful of cake that I do not know what the name of the cake he gave me, smiling softly.
My head suddenly felt dizzy as I tried to recall the flashbacks that had suddenly disappeared. The memory that suddenly appeared made me even more curious about what I had just seen.
Actually, who was the man named Harris Keith? Why does it seem like he has something to do with my past that I can't even remember clearly until now?
"Harris…" I said unconsciously, stroking the cheek of the man in front of me right now.
"Harris?"
His question made me realize what I just said. My hand immediately pulled his hand away from his face and turned my face in another direction.
"Who were you calling Harris earlier?" he asked.
I shook my head. "Nobody."
His hands now force me to stare straight at him, making me completely unable to resist. "Was that the name of the person who spoke to you in the hotel lobby and took you to the office that time?"
I didn't answer the question. Not because I don't want to answer. But because I really can't answer. How can I answer his question when I don't even know who Harris Keith is?
"Leah, please answer honestly. Who is that man?"
"I… I… don't know, Dominik." I replied while lowering my head. "But I feel like I've met him somewhere. It's just…"
"It's just what?"
I shook my head. "Never mind. No need to think too much about what I said earlier." I said, getting out of bed. The dizziness that still comes to me today makes me almost fall if only Dominik doesn't hold my body from falling to the floor. Then carefully, he stretched my body onto the bed, looking at me with a worried face.
"Leah? Your face looks pale. Are you all right?"
I shook my head lightly, trying not to worry him even more. "It's okay. I'm just a little dizzy. It'll go away later too."
He seemed to think for a moment. "Is it possible because you haven't had dinner yet? If you want, I'll ask the hotel clerk to deliver dinner here. How about that?"
I just agreed with his offer earlier. He immediately got out of bed and grabbed a phone that was on the nightstand near the bed, then called the hotel service. Asked them to prepare dinner for the two of us and deliver them to our room. I couldn't clearly hear what he ordered, because the dizziness I had just felt turned into a slowly coming pain. I tried to hide the pain that was appearing in my head at this time so as not to worry him. Just seeing his worried face was more than enough to make me not want to worry more about my current condition.
"The dinner will be delivered here soon. Leah?"
I closed my eyes, ignoring his words earlier. I tried hard not to show the pain that was becoming more painful to him.
Why does my head hurt at a time like this? Is that true what Dominik said? If I feel dizzy because I missed my dinner? Come to think of it, what time is it now?
"Leah?" he asked, confused that I didn't respond at all.
Not wanting to make him worry even more, I tried to answer him with difficulty. "Why?"
"Are you alright?" he asked.
I didn't answer his question earlier and tried to change the topic of our conversation to another direction. "I want to sleep for a moment. Wake me up when dinner is ready." I said, without opening my eyes in the slightest.
"Yes. I'll wake you up when dinner is ready. Now you go to sleep first. If there's anything you need, call me, okay?" he replied, kissing my forehead gently. He pulled the blanket on the bed towards me and got out of bed as if he didn't want to disturb my sleeping time.
Relieved by the answer he gave earlier, I tried to rest for a while, hoping that the pain I was feeling right now would disappear as soon as I woke up.
