Chapter 30 The Wet Romance

D's PoV

It's Saturday morning. I woke up all tangled with my sexy hubby. He is still sleeping? What time is it now? This room has no clock. I'm actually sleeping on his chest with my hands around his torso. His hands one under my head and one on my waist. Our legs are tangled like noodles. I like this intimate morning thingy between us. He has no problem touching me and kissing me and sleeping all tangled with me.

I mean if he is still in love with Smirthi, he can’t do this to me with that playful, enjoying smile and winning smirk. Can he? I honestly think yesterday was the last episode of SMIRTHI. Now I just have to make my hubby realize his feelings for me.

I untangled myself without waking him up. He is already in shock with my kiss. I don’t want him to feel all shy in the morning too. He needs time, remember?

New day, New me! We went on with our regular routine. At 11 o'clock Subramanian uncle and Shakshi came in.

Why the hell are all the girls associated with him beautiful? I mean she is just the very desirable height to my hubby. They look so good together. God! She is hugging him.

"Do you smell something burning, anni?" Ravi asked me in my ears.

If looks can kill, he would be dead by now!

"I can see smoke coming out of your ears anni!" he laughed.

"If you don’t shut up now, I will kill you for sure." I warned him.

He zipped his mouth literally. He is a drama queen. Now she is coming to me. I don’t like people looking down at me. I know I'm a little short. She smiles warmly at me.

"Hi! Welcome home. Guess your journey was less tiresome." I told her.

"Hi Danya! Thank you for asking. The journey was nice. You look so little and beautiful. How old are you actually?"

"um... Thank you! I'm 21yrs old!"

"But you look like a school kid. How are you managing my giant athaan(aunt’s son)!?"

Seriously!? She winked at me. Gosh! I'm turning all hot and I know I will look like a ripe tomato now. She started laughing and pinched my cheeks.

"Awwww so cute!" she said as if I were a little kid. She is nice to me. She shouldn't be a problem.

Stupid D! Let's get her age to be on a safer side. She sure doesn’t look older than Rishi.

But if at all her age is 27 or more then we have no worries. She is beautiful D. What if she tries your hubby too?

But if she is of that age she must be married by now! No?

Get her goddamn age, Idiot D! She asked you. Nothing wrong in asking back.

"Umm.. How old are you?"

"I don’t like your hubby to such an extent that I will fight with you for him. You don’t have to worry about me. Though, if I were present at your wedding, it would definitely be me instead of you. Lucky me." she slumped her shoulders.

Oops! Did she hear Mindy? I should tell her to shut up at times like this. How the hell does everyone find out what I'm up to?

I smiled sheepishly at her. She just gave me a hug and we all continued to have lunch along with our formal talks. My stupid hubby is all friendly and nice to her. He behaves like a jerk to only me.

That's a good sign D. Anger can only be shown to someone who is close to our heart.

This means you are close to Rishi's heart.

You are so confusing, Mindy. Sometimes you talk like I should not have married him. Sometimes you talk all positively. You are nuts, Mindy. All this I'm facing is because of you.

After lunch, Subramani uncle and my uncle retired to sleep and Ravi went out. Shakshi and Rishi were talking in the hall and I didn't know what to do. So, I went to do our laundry. Yeah! I do our laundry regularly now and that jerk didn’t even know that.

When I climbed the guava tree for some fruits, I saw my hubby coming out and he sat down inspecting something on the ground. What is he doing? As far as I know, it should be a septic tank. Because when I run on the cement floor, it sounds hollow underneath. I sat comfortably on the branch and started watching him.

He then goes to the wall and opens the EB box. He types in something on the keypad and....WHAAAT?

The cement slab on the ground slides to its side opening a swimming pool!??? Wow! They have a swimming pool. A hidden swimming pool? And all this while I thought it to be a septic tank? Stupid me. Hmmmmm, that's fancy.

But then I saw him take off his shirt and trousers. He is now in his boxers.

OMG he is so hot!

WHAAAT? Why the hell is Shakshi in her swimming suit? God! Are they gonna swim together? No no no no! Not happening!

Think of some idea to spoil it D! Think, think, think!

She jumped in the pool and he was already in it.

Come on, Mindy! Help me stop them. Well atleast I should get that stupid hubby out of the pool now.

They are playing in the water and I am all burning here.

"AAAAHHHHHHHH"

A big ant just bit my thigh and I fell down missing the branch that I was sitting on. Gosh! Embarrassing!

"Amma! Ouch!" I landed on my butt twisting my ankle.

Rishi saw me and got out of the pool and ran towards me. Shakshi too.

"Are you nuts? What were you doing up on the tree?" Rishi started barking! oops talking!

"Aaahhhh first help me!" I shouted back at him.

"Get up Idiot!" He held his hand out for me and I tried to get up.

You are an Idiot D! Act like you got your leg sprained. He will carry you to your room. No more swimming almost naked with that girl. Use this situation D.

Hehe she is right. I held his hand and tried to get up.

"Aaahh! no no I can’t put my leg down. It’s so painful." I acted as if I hurt myself really bad.

"Looks like she sprained her ankle, Athaan. Just get her to your room" Shakshi said!

Awww you are a sweet girl. you made my work easier. I made a note in my mind to make good food for her.

"Oh really!?" He looks at me with a raised eyebrow. Did he catch me lying? Way to go D! Embarrassment is equal to you. Huh! I don’t need his help anyways. When I tried to get up, swatting his hands away, he scooped me up like a baby. He did that so effortlessly. He is all wet and in his boxers, remember?! OMG this is the first time in my life I'm getting this contact with a man's body. He is so hot despite the water. His one hand on my waist and other under my knees. I circled my hands on his neck. My cheeks on his chest. God I will die!

I asked him to put me in the room downstairs. I don’t want him to sprain his legs by carrying me all the way upstairs. He just kicked the door open and went in and put me down on the bed ever so gently. I heard the door close making a clicking sound. He has me caged between his arms and I'm balancing myself on my elbows. Our faces are so close together.

The water on his hair started to drip on me. On my forehead, cheeks, nose and lips! I'm trembling under his strong gaze. Never once had he broken eye contact. He is making my stomach flip all over and I closed my eyes. He started to trace my face with his finger following the water droplets. When he reached my lips I gasped. He caressed my lower lip with his thumb and lingered there a bit longer before getting down. I know He likes my lower lip from the kisses we shared!

He dropped his finger to the jaw line, my neck and drew a straight line reaching the middle of my bosoms. I started panting, heaving my chest up and down. He froze his finger there. Hell with you idiot. Just go on and do something. What are you waiting for?

"Is that a lizard on your dress?" He asked me out of nowhere.

"Whaaaat? Aahhh! No no no! Aaahhhh!"

I jumped out of the bed pushing him aside and started to flap and brush my dress. He just stood there smiling at me.

God D! He caught you.

He is laughing at me!? I just want to dig my own grave now. Can't this floor just open up and eat me alive?! Aiyoooo What am I going to do now? When I looked up at him, his face became all serious and hard again. He just left the room?!I know. He is retarded. He has a mental illness. Hell with him and his wavery mind.

Will he go to our room or again to the pool?
