When she was mustering courage with a racing heart, he said something irrelevant.
"Did you enjoy the dinner?"

"We have lots of people today and maybe you didn't enjoy yourself. I'll treat you to another meal someday, without the others. You did a good job today. You're excellent."

"Mr. Tang and the others are waiting for me. I've got to go. Have fun with your colleagues."
Su Yu patted her shoulder and effectively stopped Han Yueyao's words.
After he was gone, Han Yueyao stood where she was in a daze, wondering if he had rejected her love subtly.
But she hadn't said anything about it yet. He didn't know her feelings for him, right?
Han Yueyao thought hard and didn't know what Su Yu meant by it.
Did he reject her subtly because he didn't want to hear her words of love? Or did he know nothing about what she was about to say but was in a hurry to leave?

With a laugh, Tang Chuan poured a glass for Su Yu.
Before he could sit down. Su Yu picked up the glass and drained it.
"What's going on? You just came from another gathering, right? You haven't drunk your fill?"
Wei Liao was puzzled.
"President Su had six bottles of beer," An said.
"That's a lot already. Mr. Su, are you celebrating your safe return?"
Tang Chuan thought Su Yu was in a good mood, but Wei Liao studied Su Yu's face and eyes and didn't agree with Tang Chuan.
"Shut up… Do you want to drink or not?"

But Wei Liao didn't touch his wineglass; he just stared at Su Yu.
"Mr. Tang, do you have girls in your club?" Su Yu asked.

Tang Chuan thought he had heard it wrong. Did Su Yu truly say those words?
"I heard this club has many beautiful girls from Ukraine, right?"
"Um… Are you going to report it to the police?" Tang Chuan asked hilariously.
"Can you call some of them here to keep us company?"
Ignoring Tang Chuan and Wei Liao's strange glances, Su Yu asked directly.
Tang Chuan and Wei Liao exchanged a look, knowing Su Yu was not himself today.
"Mr. Su, you've been celibate for years. Are you going to… change it tonight?" Tang Chuan asked cautiously.

He had thought his boss was joking, but Su Yu's expression showed that he wasn't.
