"Hello? Who is this? I'm hanging up the phone if you're not going to say anything." Huo Mian felt a bit annoyed.

With a bitter smile, Huo Mian responded, "You're wrong, people do change. Qin Chu, regardless of what you're after, I hope that you can let go of the past. I'm tired, and I don't want the trouble anymore. Plus, we both have our own lives now, so could you please stop acting so crazily?"

"I'm not crazy. I've never been saner," Qin Chu said with the utmost sincerity.

"Then why are you doing this? Just to reminisce with me?" Huo Mian scoffed.

Qin Chu's eyes sparkled as he gazed deeply into her eyes. He then said faintly, "Huo Mian, marry me."
