Hello, little devil, you don't look so devilish after that blow
Amanda needed to leave the house as soon as possible, but where would she go to in such a state, she couldn't visit her mother in such state, she needed to relax and think before making her move. She was glad she had left the room, it felt like she was going to die, but her freedom was cut short when her thought was interrupted by Tracy's voice.
"Hello little devil, you don't look so devilish after that blow do you? You suddenly look like a saint, I think evil people like you, need talks like this often, so that you will repent on the spot.
Amanda could somehow agree with her Yes that was so true, Dave had given her a blow she wasn't so sure to recover from, it was something she was clearly going to die from, she could feel her heart shattered into pieces, and if she doesn't leave this house anytime soon, she was sure to die, she could feel the pressure on her, her pregnancy was four months now, and she hadn't even started any medication, treatment of any kind. With her medical report, she was supposed to be visiting the hospital every now and then, not like she would virginally give birth to the baby, but she needed to be checked in order to stay alive. She covered her face with her hands as she sat back on the chair, she let the tears drop while Tracy watched, she was surely very happy to see her like this, she walked back into the room to add more salt to her wounds.
Amanda needed to leave the house, but her body wasn't responding, she couldn't feel her legs or anyother part of her body, it was as though she was magically placed on the chair never to leave. As if the earlier drama wasn't enough, she started seeing Tracy come down the stairs one after the other with her bags, she was throwing her out of her own house or room she wasn't sure.
"I don't like to stress pregnant women so I am going to help you put this in a different room"
She moved to the guest room which clearly surprised Amanda, how did she even know where the guest room is, as if answering herself she remembered they had been dating before she came into Dave's life, Dave had mentioned her, and hadn't sounded happy talking about her, she wasn't sure if Dave ever loved Tracy or if he was just heartbroken from what Tracy did to him.
Amanda watched as Tracy transferred her things to the empty guest room that had her brother's clothes only, he had said he was going to come get them since he was now with his friend. It was easier for him to work and watch their mum from Goodluck's place since it was close.
Though Amanda feels her brother had decided to stay with Goodluck so they could catch up some more from where they left off and since they were doing fine, she wasn't worried.
Since her pregnancy with her baby, and after he died, she hadn't touched her own car, the last time she drove her car was when she went to the mall and had run into Goodluck, but that was because Dave wasn't around, he had warned her not to drive herself unless she was emotionally stable, but here she was thinking of driving herself somewhere, when she was sure an emotional wreck.
With tears in her eyes she watched as Tracy continued to throw her things without respect into the guest room, she had tried to be brave, but she couldn't be brave anymore, she was broken, she was really sad, though she didn't know why she felt sad, she had thought that it would have been an opening for her that Dave was sending her out of their bedroom, she could have capitalized on that and decide to move out, after all she had thought of moving out, but she knew better, she couldn't just take the easy root, this was a war she should fight to the finish, if she left the house without finding answers, she would make all the rumours about her true. But then again for the time being, she needed to leave the house so she grabbed her car keys from the TV bench and left the house, she left the flask, she wasn't interested in the food she had woken up early to cook, she just wanted to go to her mother and cry, even though she knows her mother didn't need such, but she wanted her mother to be her mother at that time, so she made her way to the hospital with her car for the first time in a long time.
She was still crying profusely and it was as though the tears wouldn't stop anytime soon, she had never been humiliated in such a way before. She needed someone to hug her, and tell her everything was going to be fine, she was sure, she would meet her family there so she drove without following the rules of driving.
When she got to the turn which leads to the street where the hospital was, she was supposed to horn to warn off any incoming vehicle, and also slow down before turning, but she turned with full speed with her eyes still full of tears, she saw the incoming vehicle, she knew she was going to clash with it, she tried to get it right on the road, but she could not control it she could see that the driver in the other car, could also not control from his side, and it was her fault.
She closed her eyes, giving up on any attempt to save herself, she could sense that this was the end for her, as she clashed with the car coming, almost with the same speed as hers and boom, they came to a dead stop.
She hit her head on the staring, and closed her eyes, but she could feel her environment.
