Dave's wedding to Tracy
Dave had been told that Amanda was around, he didn't want to look back but he was tempted to severally, he had been directed where to look but when he had looked at the place, she wasn't there, she was already gone, he was disappointed as he didn't see her, then he saw reporters in the hall and could tell the master minder of that, he had said he wanted a wedding of only 80persons but from what he could see the number had doubled.
After they exchanged their vows and he had kissed her they gave the crowd and Dave was shocked to see more than a hundred person, how did that even happen but then he looked at the woman beside him and knew it was her doing. He lowered his head and whispered while people were still clapping and making merry sounds.
"Why are there too many people in the hall?
Tracy smiled because she was aware of the eyes of people on them but she was so angry when she had been told that Amanda was also in the hall and she had entered the hall with the VIP card that only meant it was given to her by a member of the family and that was no other person but Dave, so instead of answering his question, she asked him a question instead.
"And why is your ex wife in the hall?
Dave was taken aback by her question, he immediately looked around again as he hadn't seen her since he was told she was around, he had even looked around severally but just as Tracy asked him that question, he looked around and found her sitting with her friend Joy and he couldn't believe his eyes, she looked like a fairy, she was the most beautiful girl in the hall, even more beautiful than the bride, he blinked his eyes to make sure he was not seeing this but she was there, smiling at him. Her makeup was professionally done he could tell because he was aware Amanda was not someone who lived to wear a heavy makeup, she was always more comfortable with just a lip gloss.
"Is that why you invited the street people to our wedding, I told you I don't want crowd, how did they enter without an invitation?
"Who said they entered without an invitation, they all had their invitation"
"But the invitations....
He paused knowing the answer to what he was about to ask, he knew she had only duplicated the cards to the number she wanted, so as people left their seats group by group to come and congratulate the couple, Dave's anger could be felt across, he was clearly angry and couldn't hide it, he had felt he was in charge but once again Tracy had proven to be the one in charge, she had proven to be the one marrying him and not the other way around. He decided to keep quiet and watch the beauty in the hall.
Everybody came up to the front to congratulate the couple and Though Dave wasn't expecting Amanda to come up, she still did with her friend, Dave was shocked, she was loaded with jeweleries, he hadn't even noticed her hair but the moment she stepped out and was close enough he could see how long her hair was, she screamed money. He swallowed hard as she neared him, Amanda could feel how intimidated her enemies were, even Tracy couldn't believe how Amanda turned from being an ordinary girl to a queen.
"Congratulations Dave, j am happy that you are happy, I wasn't able to give you the happiness that you deserved and I am sorry about it but you have found the one that would make you happy, please hold her dear"
Even Tracy couldn't believe her ears, she opened her mouth and closed it back immediately, she must be playing some tricks.
Dave had just received the shocker of his life, he nodded smiling like a baby who had been given some candy.
"I left somethings at the house, I don't know if you can send someone to accompany me to the house, I don't think I would be able to wait for the reception"
Now Tracy wasn't sure about allowing her go to their home, she was sure Amanda had something up her sleeve but her husband was taken, smitten by the lady in front that he quickly obliged, seeing she couldn't do much she decided to chip in.
"Sonia would go with you"
She wanted someone she could trust go with her, she didn't want to take any chances.
"By all means dear, no problems, I will only be a minute"
She tapped Dave's shoulder and stepped aside as Tracy summoned Sonia, all the while the cameras didn't leave them, pictures of different kind must have been taken and Amanda was sure of her face all over the media tomorrow, she turned to face the crowd and she was almost blinded by the camera lights on her face.
Sonia finally came close to her signalling her to come with her which she did along side Joy who held on to Amanda for solace, she was supposed to be supporting Amanda but it seems Amanda was the one giving her support, she wished she dressed better.
She was sure what to expect the next day, she will become popular.
As Amanda stepped out, a group of reporters surrounded her, she halted and looked around but she couldn't find the girl she had promised to talk to but as she was about to leave, she saw her sitting alone in a corner, the reporter looked sad, she felt for her, she must be new in the business but Amanda wanted to keep her promise before leaving, so she waved at the sad girl who was expectantly looking at her, she jumped on her feet and came to her, Amanda told others to leave her sight at once which they did, she didn't know where she got the courage to look so fierce and speak with so much authority but she was glad at the outcome of the effect.
The reporter couldn't believe her luck, looking at her Amanda asked with the same authority.
"Ask your question.
