CHAPTER 23 (Part 1)

IS IT REALLY possible to feel mixed emotions at one time. My heart is so happy at the idea that my baby is not angry with me. But at the same time I'm hurting because I can feel his pain so much. When I decided to leave I knew that I could hurt him big time. I didn't expect that he would be on his bended knees begging me not to leave him again.

As I've said leaving him is not bad after all. Because I can't be the reason for his dreams to collapse. I know both of us are hurt by what I did but I know that's the only good thing to do at that time.

I calmly combed his soft and black hair while his face was still buried in my thigh. I just listened to his little sobs as I calmed myself down.

As I was stroking his hair I noticed that his haircut is not the same as before. I noticed that his hair now is longer in length and it was falling around the ear. What kind of hairstyle is this?

I cleared my throat a bit when Rainer moved his head to look up at me. I caressed his jaw that made him close his eyes. His breathing is calm again so I know he is quite well.
