Chapter 19 This Can't Be True

Time was passing like hell. Zordan didn't move from Dorthy's room and didn't eat at all. He was sitting there holding Dorthy's hand. Already passed 30 hours. Every moment was making Zordan so tensed.

In the morning Zordan got a call from Steev, Dorthy was still unconscious. He picked up the phone.

"Hello, Steev.. what happened? I will not come to the office.. don't call me."

" Ok, sir."

"Try to find out the culprit as soon as possible Steev."

" Sir we are trying. Soon we will find out about it"

" ok "

The whole day Zordan stayed beside Dorthy. He tried to wake her up but Dorthy didn't react at all. He sat beside her sadly and saw Dorthy's angelic face. She was in sleep like a sleeping beauty. Zordan kissed her forehead...

" Hey, my sleeping beauty ... wake up. Enough of your sleeping. You devil is getting mad. Wake up, my little angel. Don't leave me. Why are you giving me this big punishment? I promise I will not tease you anymore my love. Wake up"

It's been 71 hours. Now Zordan started to panic. Dorthy was still unconscious. Did she really in a coma now. What will I do without her!

Zordan ran doctor and called her in Dorthy's room.

" Please doctor save my angel. She is still unconscious.. please do something,."

" Mr. Zordan please calm down. I am checking "

The doctor started to check Dorthy but unfortunately, there is no reaction from Dorthy. She was sleeping like a dead body. She is in a coma now.

" What happened Doctor? My angel is ok, right?"

" I am sorry Mr. Zordan."

" What do you mean ?"

" Miss. Dorthy is in a coma now. We can't give you a guarantee when she will wake up."

" No doctor, you are lying. She will wake up now. You are kidding. Dorthy Dorthy... wake up my little bride.. we have to go. Remember we have to choose our wedding dress? We are going to marry soon. Don't prank me. wake up dear"

" Mr. Zordan, please calm down. We are not kidding. She is really in a coma now."

Zordan covered his mouth with his hands and sat down on the floor. Tears were rolling from his eyes. He doesn't know what he will do now. He loved her so much. Why this bad this happened to him. His world was shattered by this incident. He will take his revenge for sure. Whoever it was he is going to make her life hell.

But till then Zordan has to protect Dorthy. He decided that he will fake Dorthy's death to find out the culprit.

" Doctor I wanna take Dorthy in my home."

" But Mr. Zordan she has to be in hospital for treatment."

" Don't worry doctor, I will settle everything at my home. I will take care of her."

" Ok. Then you can take her with you"

Zordan called Steev.

" Hello Steev, prepare my home for Dorthy. She will not gonna stay here anymore."

"Ok sir, I will"

" And tell the media that Dorthy is dead"

" What !! But why sir? Miss. Dorthy is still alive"

" Do as I said. Dorthy's life is still in danger and also we have to find out the culprit. And this is a secret between you and me. No one should know that."

" ok, sir."

Within the next few hours, Zordan set everything and took Dorthy with him secretly. Now the whole world knows that Dorthy is dead. By seeing this Jenny was so happy. Now Jenny can marry Zordan and fulfill her plan of being rich......
