Chapter 57 Let's Talk

Zordan started drinking again in his room. He can't forget Dorthy. He can't hate her but what she did to him is unforgiveable. His heart was aching, all this 4 years he went through lots of things by himself. He madly searched for dorthy. His hand was still bleeding. Blood stains were all over his room. He drank so much alcohol today and slept on the floor.

Dorthy was cleaning her room and setting her things. But all she was thinking is about Zordan, She was too tensed about him.

"ah, No matter what happen I have to check him."

Dorthy silently walking through the big hall and then came to the stairs. She was trying not to make any sound. When she went to the second floor she saw Zordan's room was slightly open. So she went inside without making any sound.

Zordan was laying on the floor and his hand was bleeding. The carpet under Zordan got fully wet by his blood. Zordan was badly smelling of alcohol.

Dorthy ran near Zordan and tried to pick him up. But he was too heavy. Dorthy tried hard and at last she picked him up on the bed. She unbutton his shirt and took of his shoes. She started searching the first aid box and found it on the drawer and started removing his blood and bandage the wound. While she was bandaging his wound she heard that Zordan was mumbling.

"Why you left me Dorthy? Why you do that to me? I love you so much. You know how I was in this 4 year. Why?"

Dorthy's eyes filled with water. She knows how much Zordan love him. What she did is totally wrong. Dorthy hold Zordan's hand.

"I am really sorry my love. I also love you. But if I were with you then may be you will not alive right now. I THINK YOU DESERVE BETTER."

Dorthy left his and about leave but suddenly Zordan hold her hand.

"Don't go. Don't leave me again DOrthy."

But Dorthy put his hand on the bed and left the room.

Next morning Dorthy was preparing breakfast for Zenobia. And Zenobia was sitting in the table and watching her mother cooking. Few minutes later Zordan came down stairs and saw Dorthy cooking.

"Good morning my princess."

"Good morning, daddy. You are late."

"Sorry my angel. Your daddy slept too much today. I have to leave now. Stay with your mother and if you need anything then call me."

"Daddy why are you going now? Come and have breakfast with us."

Zordan didn't want to eat that Dorthy cooked but his daughter told him to eat so he didn't denied and sat on the table. DOrthy gave both of them plates and started serving them. Zordan always visualize this scene when he married Dorthy. He always wanted to have breakfast together with his family.

"Mommy, you also sit with us"

"Okay, my angel."

Dorthy also sat with them and started having breakfast.

"Mommy, feed me."

"Zenobia you are a big girl now. Eat yourself."

"What kind of mom you are! She is still a child. Feed my daughter."

Dorthy gave an angry gaze to Zordan and started feeding Zenobia.

"Mommy now you feed daddy."

"What? What are you saying Zenobia? You are crossing your limit."

"Dorthy, don't you dare to scold her."

Zenobia was about cry after getting scold by her mother.

"Okay okay, don't cry. I am feeding your daddy."

Zenobia took a bread and took that near Zordan's mouth. Zordan first hesitated but when he saw Zenobia's face he took the food in his mouth and started chewing.

"Okay my princess, I am done. You daddy have to leave now. Your daddy has an important meeting today."

"Okay daddy. Come home soon. I will miss you."

"Daddy will miss you too my angel. Bye."

"Zordan....."

"What now? I am getting late."

"I have to talk with you."

"yeh tell me fast."

"No. not now, when you will return home then let's talk. This is kind of important."

"Okay."

Zordan left for his meeting.
