CHAPTER 89

I woke up in a quiet, cold, but scary place. When I examined the place where I was, I felt even more afraid for myself. It looked like a warehouse because there were lots of piles of drums and wood on the side. I was just sitting on an old bed made of bamboo.

I tried to move my hands and feet but I couldn’t do that. When I looked at it I was even more desperate when I saw both my hands and feet tied. I couldn’t even scream because I also had a gag in my mouth.

Where am I?!

I tried to remember what happened before I fainted. I was in tears when the last person I was with registered in my mind before I fainted.

It was Noah! Is he the one who brought me here? But why am I in this situation?

"Uhmmp!" I shouted but no right words came out of my mouth.

I feel different emotions. Especially since I have nothing else to hear but the accent of my cry and the sound I can make to where I am now because of my loss.

"Uhmmp!"

“Stop resisting. No one can hear you in this place!”

I quickly turned to the person speaking. My eyes widened when I was exposed to Noah naked and wearing only pants. It was sharp but smiling at me.

What is happening? Why is it like this now?

As much as I wanted to ask him series of questions, I couldn’t because of the handkerchief placed in my mouth. I want to ask what does this mean? Did it kidnap me? If so, where are we?! Why is he doing this?

"Wondering why I'm doing this?" he still asked me with a smile and came closer.

I followed it with my gaze until he was sitting in front of me, at my feet. Later, he finally removed the mouthpiece from my mouth so I could immediately breathe easily.

“W-what are you doing? Why is there such a thing? What are you planning?” Trembling, I asked him.

For a moment, it let out a horrible laugh so I was even more scared of what he was doing. It was so far away from Noah that he introduced me as he was. Or is this really his persona? Is this what Levi was referring to so he didn’t want me to approach this man?

Because it's crazy?

"Everything is right about you, you are innocent enough to make yourself a fool, Astraea. No wonder why Levi likes you so much. You are both fools.”

I stared into his eyes when I saw the strange anger from there. The look that he was giving me meant something and I didn't like it.

“W-what are you saying? Let me out of here!” I shouted at him and started running away again. I could feel the pain in my hands and feet because of the tightness of his grip on me.

“Tell me, Rae. You believed me when I told you that another woman got pregnant with the one you love the most, didn’t you?”

For the second time around, he smiled again and at that point he stood up again. He still doesn’t look away from me so I didn’t let go of that look either.

"F-fuck you," I said emphatically to him and he laughed again.

“We will do that later, darling. Just wait and see,” he said to me as if he was crazy.

I was even more terrified when I heard that. My heart continues to raise while looking at him and making myself ready for something to happen. I knew immediately what was on his mind so I almost went crazy at the thought of how I could escape.

“Levi is right about you. Let me out of here, you beast!” I shouted at him again.

His horrible laughter echoed all over the place. At the same time, my tears kept coming as he repeatedly begged me.

“W-what are you going to do to me? Why did you bring me here?!” I shout again.

My head almost broke away from my body when he slapped me too hard. I was so bitten on my lower lip that I exploded.

“You’re so fucking noisy! You do not understand yet? You being his fiancé makes me want to beat him to death. Even though he has the biggest arrears to me, he is still left with good things!”

“It’s because you’re an evil asshole!” I shouted back at him. I could see the pain in his eyes as he looked at me.

"You don't know anything so shut up!"

I was almost deaf because he shouted at me with all his might. His expression deepened as he looked at me.

I don’t know what else I will react to because of what happened. All I knew was that my life was in danger and that there was no one to help me.

“W-what did Levi do to you? Why do you want to include me here?” I faintly questioned him.

My heart pounded when he approached me again and violently took me to my feet, but due to extreme weakness I immediately sat down on the bed again.

“Fuck! Do you know how annoyed I get every time I see you together? You are almost perfect for him, Astraea. You should be mine.” His voice was low when he said that.

I jumped in my seat when he suddenly raised his hand to my cheek. He stroked it so down to my shoulder and arm.

I closed my eyes tightly as I felt disgust for what he was doing to me.

“P-please, Noah, stop this. We can talk about this because I don’t understand you. Levi didn’t do anything bad to—”

"To me, nothing, but to my girlfriend, there is," he firmly interrupted what I was going to say.

I was so bitten on my lower lip as he continued to caress my body parts. I wanted to wonder what he would do to me but the truth almost slapped me in the face.

He is going to do something to me that I am sure will destroy my whole being.

“N-Noah, please don't be like this. Please, don’t do this to me,” I begged him tremblingly as I tried to avoid every touch he made on my skin.

At the nth time, he just smirked at me and continued what he was doing. I kept crying quietly when I felt his hand on my waist down to my thigh.

Oh, Lord, somebody help me!

“Fuck! You’re so hot! I can’t believe Levi would get to meet someone like you. When he let Adianna die in front of him, I cursed him, that he would never get to meet a woman to be with him for life, but look at you! Damn,” he mumbled and in an instant, it tore my upper garment.

“N-no! P-please, don’t do this, Noah! D-don't do this to me. P-please...” I begged him but he didn't seem to hear me.

“He has no right to be happy and have a complete family because he deprived me of that! Did you know Adianna was pregnant before she died?! Levi let her jump on that fucking bridge with my future child!” he shouted again and violently confronted me.

Before I could react, he quickly cut the rope in my hand with a knife. I cried even more when I felt it touch my skin and there was a big cut.

"W-what are you doing?" I asked him nervously when he even removed my leg.

“He made me miserable since Adi died up until now. Now, I will make him suffer for the rest of his life when he feels how painful it is to lose a family,” full of anger and pain it said.

My eyes widened as he quickly rushed me with a kiss. I grabbed his chest and pushed him hard and then slapped him violently.

"H-how fucking dare you!"

“Stop fucking resisting! You are making me want to do this more!” he shouted back at me and held me tightly in both hands.

“H-help! Help me! There's someone here! Help!” I screamed with all my might as he made me do that worldliness.

"No one can hear you here because everyone is asleep. Your Levi can’t even protect you and just always leaves you. What kind of man is he,” he said and started laughing.

“You are an animal! Let me out of here! You can never get out of the hell you are in now if you are this kind of person!” I shouted back at him.

He suddenly grabbed me by both cheeks and I almost winced at the pressure of his grip on me.

"Shut up and just enjoy," he almost whispered to me and violently laid me down on that bed.

"Ughhm!" I shouted loudly when my back hit that hard wood.

I got even weaker because of that. I didn't have the strength to fight anymore because that screaming was also exhausted. I no longer knew what was going on around. I think of Levi and my daughter.

Why is he always away from me whenever something bad happens to me? Where is he?
