The Biggest Gift
Gyzell’s POV
I just waited for Kevin to finish his glass of homemade wine as I rubbed my seafood-filled belly.
Boy, how fresh their food is! I’d definitely sell my soul for another round of this feast.
“Let’s do it now, Kevin,” I purred. “Let’s do it now that the people are in a good mood and aren’t on the party mode yet.”
Kevin snorted. I looked around again and I realized why he snorted at me. The people had long gone partying since the break of dawn.
It’s the second day of the company’s party and people seem to never run out of energy. Some are still dancing their bodies until their soul leaves the earth. Others were drinking and grilling seafood and meat while telling stories of their younger years. There are also others who are cloaked by the shadows, singing songs of pleasure that came from their bodies.
Kevin, though slightly intoxicated, lifted up his wine glass and made a ringing sound using a table knife.
“Good evening, everyone!” My love’s voice is like a saxophone out of tune. He can’t even stand properly so I held his left hand so that he could stand.
“We…Gyzell and I—” My cheeks kind of turned red when he mentioned that ‘Gyzell and I’. Everybody’s eyes went wide. It seems I forgot to tweet that I have finally got a new boyfriend after years of breakup and months of no-strings-attached things with men.
“We are…” he took a sip from that cold glass of homemade wine. I don’t know why he liked it. It tastes gross, like a soured coconut juice mixed with freshly pressed red grapes.
“…we just had sex.” Everybody laughed, except Jocelyn.
“So, to have more ample time with each other,” he said like a Prom King having his speech. Everyone made an “awhhh” to Kevin’s statement.
“We will be leaving for Italy first thing tomorrow.” What? I didn’t expect it to be sooner.
“So this will be our final goodbye for now. And the last time that the men—” he pointed to the shirtless men holding a bottle of beer in their hands. “To beheld the glorious beauty of my Aphrodite who you all know as Gyzell Angeles.”
All the men clapped. I don’t know about the girls. “And—”
Thank heavens he finally finished that wine. Though he was reeking of a smell like fart and squeezed red grapes. “Girls…”
All the women whipped their heads to Kevin as he ripped his shirt off. The men clapped, and the women…they just laughed. Some bite their lip. There are also females like Minerva who’s eyes were covered by Damon.
Seriously, where’s Darwin?
“Feast on my body, girls! For this shall be the last time your eyes will see a man who’s worthy to be looked upon.” Then he raised another bottle of beer.
Why the hell did he—oh, the bottle’s empty. I can clearly tell that when Kevin smashed it on his head and I was kind of a bit curious why his head didn’t break nor bleed.
It turns out it’s only for props; it’s made of melted candy.
Kevin went to drink with the men while I was left here at the dining table, the head of the lobster staring at me.
It was just a good thing that I’ve asked Kevin to take me to Italy so I can be far away from the grip of Jocelyn. It was also the reason why we went here: to frankly announce to everyone that we will be having a vacation in Italy. You know, love stuff—and a romantic getaway.
I don’t care how tight and angry her look can be at me right now. The important thing is I can finally be free from her strings for the first time in forever.
To hell with Jocelyn. Hope the devil will accept her in hell. But if I were Satan, I wouldn’t risk my throne to be sat by this woman due to her stack of sins that probably reached beyond the sky now.
Jocelyn Angeles-Gray is truly the epitome of wickedness, of evil, of maliciousness.
And being free from her chains is probably the biggest gift my boyfriend has given to me.

Lyla’s POV
There he is, casually leaning on the coconut tree and letting the wind touch him intimately.
I just wished that I was the wind so I can touch him even if he doesn’t say so. I hope I was the sea, so that I soak him with my waters and drown him in my body like a sturgeon in an ocean.
He was handsome. And heaven knows that I want to badly drown him now. Today. Tonight. At this fucking moment.
Wearing my red bikini—its straps are so thin that he can rip it off from my body with just a finger—I walk slowly towards him. He was bathed by the colors of the night.
I can’t see him clearly. But I totally believe it was him.
I reached him, and he saw me. He immediately uncrossed his arms as he beheld my figure.
“Lyla…” Gosh, his voice is—“You’re here? I mean, you are here.”
“Yes.” I slowly untied the cloth covering my tits. “Yes, Darwin.”
His eyes widened. “Lyla. I am—”
“Hush, Darwin. Don’t fight me this time.” I put my finger into his mouth. Feeling his skin with my own touch is a euphoria for me. I caressed his lips with my thumb.
I feel so hot. I don’t know if it’s because of the beer or because of the pill I took.
I ran my hands down, from his neck to his chest, then down there. The temple of everlasting happiness that rests between his thighs.
“Lyla, I am not—”
But he was already in my mouth. When his supposed words turned to moans, he gripped my pony-tailed hair tightly.
Then I began worshipping him.
