Okay, this joke managed to distract me, with my stomach hurting from laughing so hard at the things that were revealed here, I get up to drink some water. When I come back everyone is looking at me, I look at the center of the circle and the bottle is turned with the end to the place where I was sitting, and the person at the other end who will ask or challenge me is Jessica. I can already feel the shivers of evil that this girl is capable of doing to me, since she doesn't like me very much.

"Sit down Mili." She says smiling sarcastically, I swallow hard and sit up.

"Yeah, looks like it's my turn, doesn't it?" I try to distract but everyone is too curious about me, apparently.

"So, truth or dare?" She asks and I will obviously choose truth since I have nothing to hide from anyone.

"True!" I exclaim and shrug.

"First, I'll come to you and say it quietly in your ear, I think it's a very indiscreet question, then, if you agree to answer it, we'll reveal your truth." She talks getting up, I'm already nervous and embarrassed, I feel my face skin burn.

"I don't understand Jessica..." I speak confused and she comes close to my ear.

"What do you think of everyone finding out that the pious girl is the daughter of drug and gun dealers ?" My body freezes and my heart almost jumps out.

Soon, all the conversation I heard from my parents before leaving comes to mind , they talked about cargo , money. "You don't have to, Emilia." Roman speaks and Jessica's gaze grows even more furious. "I accept the challenge for her, whatever it is!" Roman exclaims and Jessica smashes a glass away from the wall.

"No! She's not better than anyone else." She screams. I'm so upset I don't care, if she tells me to throw myself off a bridge I'll throw myself in so bad shape.

"It's okay Roman, I'll take whatever. I don't care, I really don't care." I speak and bite my bottom lip to hold back the tears.

"So guys, what do you think? What would be an epic consequence for Princess Emilia?" Jessica asks and everyone starts saying random things.

"Does anyone here know THE LEGEND JOSEPH?" One of the people asks and several people confirm.

"They say nobody goes into his house and comes out alive." Another person speaks.

"I heard that no one has ever seen his face and that he looks like a wild animal." Another whispers.

"He mercilessly kills anyone who comes more than ten kilometers from his house." Someone says.

"I've decided guys! Emília, I challenge you to enter the house of that Legend Joseph and stay there for two hours, if you fulfill the challenge, your secret and your problems will be solved, I guarantee it." She speaks with conviction and smiles at me, my will at that moment is to advance on her beautiful face and scratch it all over with my nails and then call her a bitch, but I can't.

I think and think again and again, I swallow hard most of the time and feel my head throbbing, what way out do I have? "You don't have to, Milliet." Rocco speaks and Roman pulls me by the arm.

"I'll go with you." He says.

"Friend, if you say NO, it's said and no one will force you." Malvina speaks and I feel sincerity in her words.

"Guys, really, it's going to be okay." I speak reassuring them. "These are much bigger causes. Anyway, when do I have to join?" I ask wanting this to end soon.

"Right now. Every minute someone will check to see if you've entered and we'll count your time inside." She says and I struggle not to look at her face, when I get out of there, this rogue will pay me. Oh go away.

"If you don't mind boss, I'd like to go alone! Without your crowd around me!" I exclaim furiously.

"Of course not! We all want to see you up to the challenge!" She says authoritative and my fury grows by the moment.

"Oh but you bitch!" I scream with blood in my eyes.

"You're a demon, Jessica!" Rocco speaks. "I don't know what the fuck you told Emilia to get into that fucking house, but you won't get away with anything if something happens to her." He speaks furiously.

"You're not worth the ground you walk on, you cunt!" Valerie enters the middle. "Where have you ever seen a challenge like that? Lucky for you it's not me, if it were, you'd be fucked!" She speaks in a loud tone and Jessica goes over to her but is restrained by a boy, whom she was kissing hours ago.

After a few minutes, Rocco, Roman, Malvina and Jessica walked towards the last street in town, it wasn't far, all the time my friends, except Jessica, gave me advice to go back and that I could give up, but I never I would do this with my family, for my brothers I do everything, it's only two hours, what could happen in two hours? I'll just go in, I'm a small step through any crevice, then I'll stay if possible without breathing too hard, until the time passes and after that she assured me that my problems will be solved.

I feel my eyes watering from my tears, my heart is racing and my legs are shaking, it's times like this when we recognize who our true friends are, I feel an immense urge to scream, I'm scared, I'm really scared, terrified to be quite honest . When I look into the distance at the great mysterious house of the Legend Joseph, the unscrupulous killer they talk about, I feel that maybe it's my last time on earth, or maybe it's just a bedside conversation.

I give a comforting look to those who really care about me and start walking with quick steps towards the big gate. When I arrive I'm already far away from my friends, it's dawn and I hear the sound of cicadas singing, I also hear the owl and my chills only increase.
