"If you want to do this, there are two ways. One is the innate ability, that is, "being born with concentration", but this is extremely rare. The owner is a natural Buddhist cultivator, just like the donor is a natural sword cultivator. ”

"The second type is "later attained concentration", which means practicing hard the day after tomorrow."

After explaining the explanation, the Venerable Master Duonan smiled and said: "No matter what method we practice as Buddhists, we all reach the same destination through different paths and obtain liberation. He said that there are three doors to liberation, one is emptiness without leakage, the second is formlessness, and the third is wishlessness. "

Lin Chen was deeply moved and said: "I once heard people in Buddhism say that one flower and one world, one leaf and one Tathagata, so there is no self, no one, and no living beings. I think this is the truth."

Venerable Duonan nodded with a smile and asked: "Donor, when you look at this sutra, do you find it difficult to hear it clearly? Even if you can hear it clearly, do you feel it is obscure and difficult to understand?"

Lin Chen nodded when he heard this, raised his hands and asked, "Sir, I wonder if there is any way to crack it?"

Venerable Duonan said: "People in my Buddhist sect need to chant sutras and practice Buddhahood, and chanting sutras also has three flavors, and there are two methods."

When Lin Chen heard the words, he quickly listened carefully, for fear of missing a word.

Venerable Donan began to talk: "First, to contemplate the good appearance of the Buddha with one mind, or to contemplate the reality of the Dharmakaya with one mind. The two are to contemplate and remember the Buddha, or to chant the name of the Buddha and practice the Dharma with one mind. This is called the Samadhi of Mindfulness of the Buddha. This is because of the practice. It’s the samadhi of chanting Buddha’s name.”

"Secondly, it is caused by these three causes and actions, such as the mind entering meditation, or the Buddha's body appearing as money, or the reality of the Dharma body, which is called the Samadhi of the Name of the Buddha. It is the Samadhi of the Name of the Buddha that is the result."

After explaining the two methods, the Venerable Master Duolingo looked more serious: "The Samadhi of chanting the Buddha's name because of the practice is called 'cultivation', and the result of the Samadhi of chanting the Buddha's name is called 'getting'. The Contemplation of the Infinite Life Sutra says: 'In the appearance of the body "Those who see this will see all the Buddhas in the ten directions, so they are called the Samadhi of Minding the Buddha." The Seventh Chapter of the Samadhi of the Mind of the Buddha says: "The Samadhi of the Mind of the Buddha encompasses all." Dharma, this is the realm of the two vehicles of Sravaka and Pratyekabuddha. The Seventh Theory of Wisdom says: 'Reciting the Buddha's Samadhi can eliminate all kinds of troubles and past sins.'"

At this point, Lin Chen smiled: "In fact, sword practitioners, knife practitioners, and even practitioners of other martial arts are not the same."

Venerable Duonan exclaimed: " The donor was able to understand it in such a short time, which really makes me admire him. "

Lin Chen said: "The Samadhi of Chanting Buddha mentioned by the Venerable just now can be roughly divided into two types, one is the cause and the other is the result, so there is a theory of cause and effect in Buddhism."

When Venerable Duonan heard this, he looked at Lin Chen with more surprise, and then heard him say: "The so-called Tathagata Samadhi and Chanting Buddha Samadhi are actually different paths to the same destination, which is what people often say that everything changes but the essence remains the same."

Venerable Duonan said with awe: "Amitabha, I have learned from you."

Is this the demon that people often say?

Lin Chen bowed his hands and said: "Your Excellency is too kind, it should be me who has learned from you."

Three thousand great roads, different paths to the same destination.
