Wan Dou put down her bowl and chopsticks and retched a few times. Seeing this, Wan Dehai asked, “What’s wrong, Doudou? Is the food not to your liking?”

The two of them returned to the ICU. From afar, they heard a quarrel. It was Wan Dehai arguing with someone in a wheelchair.
When she got closer, she realized that the person sitting in the wheelchair was none other than the injured Wen Shiyu. She was accompanied by the nanny of the Wen family and had specially come to visit her father.
But Wan Dehai stayed outside the ward and listened to Wan Dou. He did not allow anyone to come near.
