At Knight Empire
12:10 p.m.
"Where's Xavier?"
Sebastian mumbled while roaming his eyes around searching the younger. Suddenly his eyes caught Antonio who was running towards him. His eyes reflecting worry and fear.
"Seb, Seb-"
He said was panting heavily. Sebastian held his shoulders.
"Breathe first."
He spoke gently and rubbed his back. Antonio gulped large ounces of air.
"Now tell me, what happened?"
Antonio looked at him.
"I saw Xavier and Noah in the parking lot. They both were hightailing towards Noah's car. Xavier was carrying Rosaline. She was unconscious."
Sebastian's eyes widened as soon as he heard his last words.
"WHAT?"

Meanwhile
"Everything is going to be okay. I am here. I am here, Rose."
Xavier kept mumbling while kissing Rosaline's forehead repetitively. His heart was palpitating wildly in fear but he kept calming it down while speaking sweet words in her ears. He was basically trying to control his apprehension as his fingers were shaking furiously.
He glared Noah who was driving the car quietly and shouted.
"DRIVE FAST! DRIVE IT LIKE A CAR NOT A CART NOAH MILLER!! HURRY UP SLOTHFUL!!"
Noah gripped the steering wheel so tight that his knuckles turned white. He glared Xavier through the rear-view mirror only to find him shooting daggers at him with blood-red eyes.
"We're almost there Xavier. Just calm down."
He gnashed his teeth in rage. His jaw was clenched and one could hear the chattering of his teeth as he was trying his best not to dislocate the perfect jawline of the handsome freak.
"You've been saying that for the past 15 MINUTES! DRIVE FAST NOAH FUCKING MILLER!!
Xavier hollered at him and punched the headrest of his seat. Noah got pushed forward due to the impact but kept quiet.
"Help me Lord."
He muttered under his breath and kept driving quietly while fuming in anger.

12:35 p.m.
At Knight Hospital, Italy
The car stopped with a screeching sound as the tires rubbed against the uneven tarmac.
"OPEN THE DOOR!! QUICK!!"
Xavier yelled as he tried to jump from that closed door. Noah closed his eyes in anger and alighted from the car. He then wrested the door handle and looked away. Xavier immediately got out and ran inside the hospital.
As soon as Xavier entered the hospital everyone bowed at him in respect but they frowned as they noticed his dishevelled state. His perfectly coiffed hair was all messed up and his forehead was covered in sweat beads. Worry and fear was painted all over his face and few tear streaks were also shining on his cheeks.
"BROTHER!!"
Xavier shouted. A doctor quickly approached him.
"Yes sir, what happened?"
Xavier ignored him and walked past him. Noah glared at the young doctor.
"Stop asking fucking questions and call James."
He growled through gritted teeth. The doctor nodded at him terrified and ran inside. Suddenly James came running outside as soon as he heard Xavier's painful scream.
"Yes Xavier, what happened?"
His gaze then shifted to Rosaline who was passed out in Xavier's arms. He quickly called the other doctors and they put Rosaline on the stretcher.
"Brother, R-Rose!"
Xavier spoke in a broken voice while tears started streaming down his eyes. James patted his shoulder.
"Everything will be fine. Trust me okay."
He comforted him. Xavier nodded and stared at Rosaline's figure which slowly disappeared from his sight. He sighed and looked down. Tears of helplessness and pain were running down his eyes like a waterfall.
Noah was watching everything quietly from far. He felt bad for him. Although he hated the way Xavier always reacted whenever it comes to Rosaline but still, he loved him as his younger brother.
He went near him and placed his hand over his right shoulder.
"Xavier calm down, everything will be fi-"
*Bam*
Suddenly he fell on the shining white tiles with a loud thud as a hard punch landed on his jaw. He wiped his lips with the back of his hands only to see dark red liquid glaring him. He threw a death glare at Xavier who was already looking him with murderous eyes.
Noah stood up from the floor but Xavier immediately grabbed him by his collar and slammed him on the wall.
"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU LOON!"
Noah shouted furiously. Xavier grabbed his neck and started choking him.
"This is all your fault. THIS IS ALL YOUR FUCKING FAULT!!"
He seethed on his face in anger.
"IF YOU HADN'T CALLED MY BABY IN YOUR OFFICE, THIS WOULDN'T HAD HAPPENED TODAY. NETHER SHE WOULD HAVE GONE IN THAT FUCKING ELEVATOR NOR SHE WOULD HAVE ENDED UP IN THE HOSPITAL!!"
Xavier yelled in a thunderous growl while strangling Noah to death. Noah pushed him back harshly. Xavier stumbled back but maintained his balance.
Noah then grabbed his collar and spat furiously.
"Listen you Psycho, Rosaline is my employee and I am her head. I had called her in my office to assign her work. And let me make it clear that you were the one who gave me this position so think before spewing your shits on me."
He spoke with gritted teeth and pushed him back harshly. Xavier marched towards him with predatory steps and growled while glaring him with blood-red eyes.
"You should have visited her instead of calling her in your office. And you can explain her work on the phone too. WHY MADE HER COME IN YOUR OFFICE?"
He shouted. Noah huffed in frustration.
"URGG!! WHICH BOSS VISITS THE OFFICE OF HIS/HER SECRETARY TO ASSIGN THEM WORK? HAVE YOU FUCKING LOST YOUR MIND? JUST BECAUSE YOUR ROSE GOT FAINTED, YOU'RE GONNA HELD ME RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING?"
Xavier again punched him and blared.
"YES, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVERYTHING!! YOU ALWAYS BADMOUTH ABOUT HER BUT I ALWAYS KEPT QUIET!! YOU HAD ALWAYS HATED HER MILLER; THE MOMENT SHE ENTERED MY LIFE SHE BECAME A SORE IN YOUR EYES!! YOU DIDN'T LET ME LIVE IN PEACE IN THE PAST AND NOW AGAIN YOU'RE DOING THE SAME FUCKING THING!!!"
He punched him again but Noah dodged that and punched him right on his face. Xavier landed on the floor flat on his face.
"STOP BLAMING EVERYONE FOR YOUR FAILED MARRIAGE XAVIER KNIGHT!!"
Noah roared. Xavier glared him but Noah punched him again making him hit his head on the ground. He then crouched down to his level and glared him fiercely.
"Yes, I dislike Rosaline to my core but I will never try to kill her. And you yourself are responsible for your broken relationship. Just see yourself, you can't even control your temper. Did you forgot what you told me when we all escaped from CIA's prison that you hate her, you'll make her life a living hell, you don't care about her a bit. Now what happened?"
He gritted. Xavier spitted blood and looked dead in his eyes.
"I didn't mean that."
He confessed. Noah scoffed.
"Then why are you doing all this. If you love her why hurt her? You want revenge also but at the same time you want her too. You want to hurt her but again you want to love her too. Xavier, you want your bread buttered on both sides which is not possible. Stop fooling yourself and confusing Rosaline too. Just make up your mind and take a final call, Xavier."
Noah spat in anger. Xavier looked up at him confused.
"Call? What final call?"
Noah glared him and spoke in a serious tone.
"Either keep her by your side forever or just let her go."
Xavier didn't say anything further and kept staring him quietly. Noah then stood up. He exhaled a deep breathe while running a finger through his silky locks. After sparing him a last glance, he turned around and started walking away.
All of a sudden, a husky chuckle echoed around the walls making him halt in his steps.
"Why do you all always ask me something when you yourself know the answer to it?"
Noah turned back only to see Xavier smirking at him while wiping the blood from the corner of his mouth. He then tugged his hands in the pocket of his pants and walked towards him.
"Tsk Tsk, Noah. Well, I had a doubt that you were an idiot but I got my confirmation today. I am not an idiot that I worked my ass off to bring Rosebud along with me only to let her slip away from my fingers again."
He spoke in a mocking tone. Noah huffed.
"Well, you can't keep her by your side if you continue fucking things up every now and then. And let me remind you that by doing this, you are only putting her life in danger."
He chuckled. Xavier scoffed at his words. He then stood right in front of him.
The air around them immediately turned chilly as his aura changed dour. Xavier then flipped his damped hair back revealing his broad forehead and glared him fiercely.
"I don't need to understand anything but the one who need to is you and everyone else. I don't care know anything but what I do know is Rose was mine, she is mine and she will always remain mine only. She belongs to me and she can never leave me. This goddamn rule is set by me and is set in stone. It will be better for you to fucking understand it or I advised you to learn it by heart. And I warn you to stop messing me unless"
His eyes glistened with rage as he spoke the next words in an eerie whisper.
"You want me to put your life to an END."
