Servers are very important. For example, if an APP has 10 million people using it at the same time, if users access it very frequently, then the performance requirements for the server are very high.

For example, a certain blog often experiences server crashes due to its inability to handle the huge amount of information access when major news occurs in later generations.

Simply put, the amount of information generated has exceeded the server's storage capacity, so the APP based on this server will naturally crash.

Another example is some websites that specialize in selling concert tickets. For example, ticket sales for a Heavenly King concert are about to begin, then a large amount of traffic will flood the website before the start of ticket sales.

It's just that everyone is not operating at this time, so the server can still run. But once it's time to grab tickets, when everyone is grabbing tickets at the same time, too many operations will make the server unable to calculate, so the website will crash.

There are too many such things to count, so the performance of the server is very important, and the computing power of the server is even more important.

"Our server uses our self-developed Xuanwu service processor, and its computing power is definitely the best among servers," Lu Hong assured Lu Haifeng.

Lu Haifeng asked, "Has it been tested?"

"We have transferred some of our business to the server for testing, and all access is fine, the data storage is complete, the calculation speed is very fast, and there are no errors! It's just that our traffic is a bit small, and we need to find a real-world website with high traffic to test it."

Part of the server can be sold to some companies. For example, if an Internet company needs to expand its scale, it needs to add servers, otherwise it will not be able to withstand more business.

The other major part is kept for their own use, building these servers into a smart cloud platform. Some companies don't want to build computer rooms to purchase servers, because they don't have that much money in the early stages of their business, so they can choose to rent cloud servers!

You can use as much computing and storage capacity as you want, as long as you can afford it, you can rent a satisfactory server, but now cloud servers have not yet become popular.

Lu Haifeng asked, "How is our supercomputer? Compared to the United States' Jaguar?"

If that supercomputer is used to build a smart cloud, their smart cloud will be different from other smart clouds in the future. Other cloud platforms use server clusters as cloud servers, but Huaxing Technology's cloud platform will be divided into two zones.

The first zone is to use server clusters to build a smart cloud platform.

The second zone is to build a smart cloud platform based on a supercomputer.

If you only want to engage in some normal business operations, or data storage and calculation, etc., it is enough to use the cloud server in the first zone, and the price will be cheaper.

But if you want to engage in large-scale scientific research projects, you can use the cloud server built on the basis of a supercomputer. Although the price is higher, it can provide stronger computing power. All in all, it is still very affordable.
