Xie Limo sat with his long slender legs crossed. A glint flashed across his eyes as his hands tapped gently on the table. It flickered and disappeared in a split second, making it difficult to read his expression.

Yun Bixue lowered her head. Her hands tugged at his shirt as she answered meekly, "I didn't see you when I woke up, and I wanted to get a drink."

Xie Limo's heart ached tenderly for her. She was so adorable yet bad at taking care of herself. How could his heart not ache for her? While carrying Yun Bixue in his arms, he lowered his head and kissed her forehead tenderly.

When they reached the bedroom, Xie Limo put Yun Bixue down on the bed and said, "Stay here and wait for a bit. I'll get you some water."
