992 Difficult to Part

Xie Limo stood and watched Yun Bixue quietly. He didn't say a single word and waited for her to continue.

As Xie Limo watched her, Yun Bixue couldn't control herself at all. She could only lower her head and answer, "It's Wang Qianjin."

When Yun Bixue mentioned Wang Qianjin's name, a cold glint flashed across Xie Limo's eyes. There was even a hint of murderous intent.

Xie Limo would never hesitate to deal with anyone who tried to hurt Yun Bixue. However, if he intended to deal with the Wang family, it would disrupt his plans. Therefore, he had to consider his approach carefully.

Yun Bixue raised her head and looked at Xie Limo's expression. Tiptoeing, she wrapped her arms around his neck and said, "Don't be angry. I'm fine. I even laced his food with laxatives and got my subordinates to keep an eye on all the hospitals and pharmacies. If he doesn't want his whereabouts to be exposed, he won't be able to purchase any medication. It'll be pure torture for him."

Yun Bixue gestured as she spoke. She looked at Xie Limo, expecting to be praised for what she had done to Wang Qianjin.

She was truly afraid that her husband might lose his temper and clash head-on with the Wang family. Things would really be in a mess if that happened.

Xie Limo lowered his head and kissed her forehead. He asked lovingly, "Why didn't you tell me?"

"I was afraid that you'd be worried. Also, I can't just always live under your protection. I want to grow to become a strong person who's capable of helping you. I can't let you do everything yourself. You're so tired all the time, and I feel bad for you."

She really didn't want Xie Limo to be so exhausted. He already had a lot to deal with regarding the Xie family. If he had to personally act on every single thing that she was dealing with, she was worried that her husband would be worn out.

Xie Limo suddenly felt that his wife had matured. It felt wonderful to be needed by someone, and if she no longer needed him to help her, he would feel flustered.

However, he was rational and understood that they definitely had to return to the Xie family's headquarters eventually. Before that, she really needed to grow stronger in order to face the Xie family alone.

As Yun Bixue whined and explained, Xie Limo's expressions turned gentle. In a worried voice, he instructed, "Don't do something so dangerous in the future. You have to inform me. If you don't, I'll still be worried, okay?"

"Okay!"

After that, Xie Limo drove Yun Bixue home. Right after entering the villa, Yun Bixue removed her coat and turned around to hug Xie Limo. She took the initiative to kiss him.

Perhaps it was because of Wang Qianjin's words, or maybe it was because she cared too much about him, but she simply wanted to get as close to him as possible.

Xie Limo could sense Yun Bixue's insecurity through this kiss. His heart had been thumping anxiously for the entire afternoon too. At that moment, the two of them were so close to each other, and he had no reason not to take things further.

Xie Limo hugged Yun Bixue's waist tightly and caressed her hair with one hand. He overpowered her, and their lips melted over each other. His kiss was dominant as he gently pried her lips with hers. He entered her mouth and tasted her sweetness, not allowing her room to breathe.

The two of them clung onto each other, leaving no gaps in between. Their pants and hitched breathing were accompanied by the sweetness in the air, and the two of them couldn't bear to part.

Yun Bixue's dainty body leaned against Xie Limo, and this time, she responded to him eagerly.

Xie Limo's slender fingers caressed her figure, sending trembles throughout her body. "Limo, Limo…" Yun Bixue tried to call out his name as she released the insecurity and worries inside her.
