Chapter 2
Kendra Is walking to Crave Cafe and once she gets there she Sits down and Begins waiting. Ava comes walking In 5 minutes later "Hey"
"Hey" Kendra replies faking A smile and Ava takes A seat. "So I know you're wondering why I called you here, It's because I wanted to speak about Kieran"
"Figures."
"So I'm guessing He already told you what I said"
"Yeah he told me"
"So I'm hoping you can respect what I want In this relationship, Is there gonna be a problem with that?" She tilts her head.
"Yes There Is, You and Kieran Have only been dating for 4 months, Me and him have been best friends for years, you can't just tell me to stop speaking to him"
"I'm telling you exactly that, I don't want you around him, I feel like you're sneaky, I feel like you secretly want him, I don't like that."
"Wow" Kendra shakes her head "You're jealous for nothing, Me and Kieran will Never be more than just best friends"
"Look" She leans In closer "All I'm saying Is I don't like the amount of time you guys spend together, It's way too much time just for best friends"
"Is this All you wanted to talk about?" Kendra stands. "Yeah, Don't just leave, We have to come to some type of agreement"
"No because you're being Annoying As fuck, Me and Kieran are always gonna be best friends So Just get over it, I'm not about to keep going back and forth with you so I'm gonna leave" Kendra grabs her purse walking out of the Cafe.
She takes her phone out and begins calling Kieran "What's up?" He answers. "Guess what"
"What happened"
"So I decided to meet up with your girlfriend for some coffee, We didn't even get to order before she started telling me she doesn't like me around you and she wants me to hang less around you"
"I don't know why she would do that, I told her to leave It alone. And I don't know why you didn't tell me you were meeting up with her"
"I thought she would Just let It go that's why I decided To meet up with her but It didn't go so well"
"Come over so we can talk"
"Okay I'm on my way" Brenda hangs up the phone and begins walking to Kieran's house. She gets there knocking and He answers It "Hey" He leans In hugging her.
"Hey, What's up?" She looks down and sees 2 Suitcases Right Infront of the stairs. "It's too much going on with me and my dad So I decided to Just take A quick break away from him"
"So where are you going?"
"I'm just gonna go to A hotel for now, I know I could stay with Ava But I don't wanna"
"Why don't you come stay with me then?"
"Are you seriou?" He chuckles "I can't do that"
"Yes you can, I live by myself and I have an extra room"
"Are you sure about this?"
"Yes I'm sure"
"Okay thank you" He smiles "I'll only be there for 2 weeks"
"You can stay as long as you want, Is your dad home right now?"
"No he's at work" He grabs 2 of the suitcases and Kendra grabs the third one dragging them outside putting them Into his car then gets Inside and he drives off.

They arrive at her house grabbing the luggage and bringing It inside "Thank you again for letting me stay here"
"You know I got you with anything" They drag his stuff upstairs to the guest room and sets It down. "So are you good for now?"
"I'm fine, why? Do you have somewhere to go?" He asks as he begins putting his stuff away. "No, I was just asking." She walks over to the bed sitting down and watches as he puts the stuff away "So do you wanna talk about your girlfriend or what?"
"Honestly I already have enough negative stuff going on In my life, I don't wanna have to worry about Ava negative ass"
Kendra laughs "Well you know she's gonna be even more negative once she finds out we're living together for a few weeks"
"That's just Ava's personality, She gets really jealous for no reason, She doesn't have Anything to worry about And I tell her that but she's still Not feeling It"
"Well oh well, she's gonna have to get used to It" Kendra stands "I'll be In my room If you need me or anything"
"Okay, I love you"
"I love you too" Kendra leaves the room going back to her room and lays down. She's In her room watching TV when 10 minutes later there's A knock on the door.
"Come In"
"Your favorite Person in the world Is here" Monica opens the door walking Inside. "Technically that's Kieran"
"Thank you for ruining It" She rolls her eyes closing the door behind her "Speaking of him what Is he doing here?"
"Well, He's gonna be staying here for A while because He got Into a fight with his dad and he needs some space"
"Kendra, Are you stupid?" She walks over to her hitting her In the arm. "What did I do?"
"That's such A stupid Idea"
"Letting him stay here? Where else was He gonna go?"
"Letting your best friend live with you for A while, you don't think that's A bad Idea?"
"No, why would It be?"
Kieran walks Into the room "Hey, I'm gonna grab A bite to eat, you both wanna come with me?"
"Yeah, We'll be down In a few" Kendra replies. "Okay" He leaves the room. "We'll talk about this later" Kendra stands "Drop It please"
"Don't say I didn't warn you" They both leave the room And goes out with Kieran for something to eat.
