I rubbed my eyes and sighed. What the fûck man.

She's sitting on the chair laughing to herself and playing with her hair. Fûck you Ricardo. I sit on the edge of my bed and untie my shoes and slid them off. I look at her still and she's closed her eyes as she sways side to side as her little giggles fill the room. I lay back and close my eyes and drape one arm over my eyes.

How the fûck do you make this go away. I need to take her to the doctor here. My other hand went up my chest and started to unbutton the first two buttons but i stopped when i heard something hit against the ground. I sit up and move my arm down and i see her on her back on the ground with her legs up as she holds both of them. She has a frown and i quickly push myself up.

"Are you okay?" She looks up at me as i rush towards her and start to pick her up.

"Yeahhhhhhh." She smirks. I roll my eyes and pull her up. I sit her back down on the chair and she whines. "My leg hurts." She looks at me as she pouts.

"Maybe it hurts because you fell Mai." I pat her thigh and then take a step away from her.

"You're crazy." She giggles.

"I️m mad."

"Mad? Why?"

"I️m a mad man. Crazier Mai."

"You should get some help."

"I like being a mad man."

"Yo-" there was a knock on the door and both of us looked over to it. I raised an eyebrow and then called them in. "Yes?" I said.

The door open and in came Edward and Ricardo. My mood changed fast as i saw Ricardo. I was going to walk towards him but he pulled out his gun and pointed at me. "Don't." I laughed. I laughed at he thought i was scared of a gun.

"You think I️m scared of that thing or even you?" I laughed again and smiled at him, "think again."

"I never said that you were scared of me or this weapon. I just said don't."

"What was i going to do then?" I crossed my arms.

"I know you were going to beat me. Don't. We need to tell you something. And i think you rather spend your time on that problem than me." He said as he lowered the gun.

"Well, what are you waiting for then."

"I went to John." Edward said. I looked over to him and raised an eyebrow.

"Why they hell did you go to John?"

"Because you dumb fûck. You keep killing damn men because they either pissed you off or couldn't find things about Vlad in the amount of time you set them for. So that's why i went to Vlad. I was thinking since there is going to be two groups tracking him down it would be easier. But from what just happen i think they're spying at us. I don't know if they are right now but clearly they're watching me."

"Why say that." I cross my arms over my chest and stare at him.

"So i told John to find Vlad or any tracing anything of him. So he did. The next day i went back and he found a little clip of him coming out of building but supposedly it was a drive by and he was shot dead-"

"That's bull-"

"Exactly What i thought. So i watched it carefully and i paused it right at the exact moment when the video went black. So i knew they cut the videos and then tried to put that little cut as fast as they can so anyone can't noticed. And that's when the gun shot at 'Vlad'. So i was going to tell you but when i came back you had Ricardo underneath you. So that's why i took him with me to see if John had anything else. But when we went, he was shot dead in his office. His men didn't even know he was shot up stairs. The gun had a silencer. It wasn't a handgun either. His office is facing out to the hills and how the bullet came into the office was a straight line. We searched the area and we found the gun and it was a sniper. Don't ask me how they hell they have a sniper, it's like asking you how the hell do you a mini machine gun."

This shocked me. So he's killing the men who's trying to help. But why? Was Mai this serious to him?

"That's all you found when you searched the area?" I asked.

"So far, yes."

"Go back and search again. Find something new." I said as my face went cold because now he wants to kill people for no reason?

"Boss, we've been there for four hours." Ricardo said.

"Did i ask? No. Go. Come back when you find something." He rolls his eyes and then turns around and walks out. I look over to Edward and he stared at me with a bored look.

"Why do you think we came back. We couldn't find anything just that gun."

"Well did you bring the gun?"

"No-"

"Then go get it." I️ said stern. He sighed and then looked over to Mai. "I didn't say to look at Mai, i said to go get the damn gun Edward."

He looks back to me and raises an eyebrow, "I️m looking at ever because she's hitting her damn fûcked up leg." I look behind and he's right. I groan and rush over to her and she looks at me when i grab her wrist.

"Stop."

She pouts and nods once. "Okay." I look at her eyes and she stares at me for awhile and that's when i let go of her wrist.

"Get the-" the door closed and i sighed.

"My leg hurts."

"Mai, you just slammed your first on it. So yes. It's going to hurt." I rubbed my temples and walked over to the bed again and sat down.

"Why keep me?" My eyebrows furrow and i look towards her. She's staring at me serious and i can't help but be surprised at her question.

"What?"

"Why keep me." She points her finger at her chest and her green eyes stare hard in mine.

"Rephrase it."

"Huh."

"Nothing. Sleep."
