CHAPTER TITLE: EPILOGUE

|| XAVIER'S POV ||

FIVE YEARS LATER....

" Anaya???"

I called her name again, pretending to not see her. Pretty sure, she was hiding in the kitchen again, trying to hide her laughter behind the door. I marched around the dining room once again and finally made my way to her. As soon as I pushed the door open, her laughter erupted in the room. I chuckled, caging her in my arms,

" Caught you!!"

I kissed my daughter's chubby cheeks. She was four today. We never had any difficulties in raising this little one. She was always very well behaved, completely daddy's girl. Sometimes my wife was jealous over our bond as well.

Yes, wife!!

I married Iris the following year, leaving my position, country behind. I figured out that living in USK state would never be a peaceful thing for our life. The media knew us. I didn't want their running shadows over my daughter. She deserved to grow up like a free child.

We shifted to KN state soon afterwards. My resignation was never announced. I pushed Daniel to take the lead although he was dead scared to be the next president. However, my boy was managing well. Even though I said farewell to that life, I still saw his news. He was doing great especially in terms of education. Iris often asked whether I missed my previous life or not. I never regretted it because to me, my daughter, my wife and my soon-to-be child were the only legacy that I needed.

Anaya giggled in my arms, playing with my hair which she liked since she was a baby. I heard another voice from the door, loud and a little angry,

" XAVIER!! You ordered toys again??"

Iris walked in with a raged face, her big bump growing. My son was growing there. This little one didn't give us ease like my daughter. Ever since she was pregnant, she became more and more moody. Her hormones and anger all acted wildly.

I swallowed weakly under her gaze. It was hard to handle a pregnant woman. Putting Anaya down, I walked over to Iris with a smile, trying to divert her attention from toys,

" Did you receive any answer from Arthur?"

As expected, Iris made a face of disappointment. She raised the letter in the air and replied with a sigh,

" No! They have resent the letter that I wrote to me a week ago. The post office said that there was no one in this address."

I nodded with understanding and kissed her head. As much as I hated the guy, he cared for Iris for real. However after the hospital night, he disappeared from this world. I used my source to track him but he was just gone like that without any news.

|| IRIS's POV ||

" Come here, little demon!"

I caught my daughter, dropping her on my lap. Kissing her head, I began to brush her hair the same as his father. I still had the thought about Arthur. Although he did many wrong things, he deserved to be happy. Many incidents were later unfolded and he actually saved me many times. I wanted to know how he was doing. But he had completely erased all the information related to him.

Anaya started playing with her teddy. She was the most blessed thing that happened in our life. After making her hair, I let her down. She ran outside to play with the horses. Xavier bought this farmhouse right after we decided to live a normal life. A horses barn, a pool, vegetable fields and a house with eight rooms, it was really exaggerated. But I liked this life of ours, peaceful.

I took a moment to climb the stairs slowly. Moving and walking had been a little difficult ever since this little one started growing big inside me. Standing by the window, I saw our daughter, playing with the dogs and cats.

Xavier said softly, walking into the room,

" There you are! I was wondering where you went!"

I let out a snort as he wrapped his arms around me, burying his head to inhale my smell,

" As if your daughter gives me free time. She is always running wild."

He let out a chuckle, crawling his hands into my shirt,

" Just like you! Wild Kitten!"

I shot him a glare which he just laughed out loud. Slipping his hand down, he cupped my sex. I let out a small moan in response. The doctor said that we shouldn't have sex until I gave birth. But this crazy man never missed any opportunity to tempt me. He kept seducing me every now and then. When things turned hot, he almost fucked my ass hole but I stopped him on time.

Our sex life was even crazier. He made love to me almost everywhere in the farmhouse. When our daughter was asleep, he would sneak us away in the bathroom. There, he fucked me like hours until I had no strength left.

I turned to wrap my arms around his neck, asking in a sweet voice,

" Would you have loved me the same it you didn't find out that I was the girl from your childhood?"

He grinned big as he kissed my lips, greedily sucking them,

" I would have found you always, Kitten."

I let out a giggle, biting his earlobe,

" Even if..I didn't seduce the president?"

He wrapped his arms tightly, replied in a gentle yet possessive voice,

" Yes because I am your husband first..then the president.."

My heart warmed at his words. Who would have thought that the nation's best man could be so sweet?

I tiptoed on my feet, kissing on his lips as I mumbled honestly,

" You will always be my president whether you rule or not!!"
