I'm going to get her back.

Henry sat in the bar in his mansion. He looked around him and sighed. He had been downing glass after glass of alcohol.

How could she? Quinn?

Did he even hold any worth in her eyes? She actually left him and got married to that ...that...ugly guy?

Yes, he was ugly. Even if he wasn't,he couldn't compare to him in terms of looks. But he couldn't accept the fact that Quinn was married...

Did she ignore the times they spent together? Their days of pleasure? He had pleasured her many times...

Maybe she was forced to? Yes, that had to be the case... His Quinn couldn't possibly leave him just like that.

But his mind wandered back to the way Quinn behaved at the meeting. She had changed...

She even slapped him when he kissed her...

Wow...

She had truly changed. If it were the Quinn from eight years ago, she would have succumbed to him after that kiss.

But what did the Quinn of the present do? She slapped him.

She fucking slapped him... Henry was devastated.

In fact...

He was going crazy.

He whipped out his phone and dialed Jake's number. He needed someone to talk to. Someone he would probably get an advise from.

"What's up buddy?!" Jake's voice sounded over the blaring speakers at the background. He was probably at a club.

"Come over to my place." Henry said softly.

"What!!! I can't hear you!" Jake shouted again.

"I said, fucking come over to my place!!" Henry shouted over the phone.

"Is everything alright?! I'll be there in ten..!" Jake shouted and hung up.

Henry dropped the phone on the counter and banged his fists on the table.

He was a mess... His whole life was...

Maybe, maybe he shouldn't have seduced his maid in the first place.

He caused this problem...

Now he was paying for what he had done. He just couldn't seem to get her off his mind.

He just get married to Kathleen? The look in Quinn's eyes was one of disgust. How could he stand a chance with her?

But... Even if Quinn agreed to come back to him, what was he going to do?

Get married to her?

'Hah..' He scoffed. He knew that would never happen. Even though her status had changed, she couldn't compare to Kathleen.

The only family that was more powerful than Kathleen's,was the powerful Stones family in Washington DC. Even his father had to be respectful to the Patriarch of the Stones' family.

How he wished Quinn came from that family... Maybe, just maybe... He would have gotten married to her without qualms.

Did he love her? Of course he didn't.

He wanted her body... He wanted to possess her every being. He wanted her exclusively for himself.

No woman could satisfy him the way Quinn did... He fucking wanted her so bad, the thoughts alone was killing him.

It was pathetic wasn't he? The CEO of a whole Corporation, lusting after the body of his ex maid.

Oh.. She wasn't a maid anymore... She was now a CEO; just like him.

Jake rushed into the living room. His eyes darted around; Henry wasn't there. He had rushed down here immediately he heard the way Henry sounded over the phone.

He sounded like someone whose pride had been wounded. His friend had always been a man of pride. Jake hadn't seen anything capable of shaking him; except Quinn of course.

Wait, was it Quinn?

Jake decided to check the bar. When he got there, he saw Henry seated behind the counter with a dazed look on his face.

What was it?

Henry raised his head slowly.

"Quinn is married. She told me herself at the meeting between us." Although he only uttered two sentences, it was enough for Jake to realize what was going on.

He was of course right. Quinn was the only one capable of shaking his whole being.

"Are you sure about that?" Jake didn't know what to say.

But wait... What meeting was his friend talking about?

Henry saw the questioning look in his eyes. He clarified everything...

At the end of his explanations,Jake stared open mouthed.

He was shocked! How did Quinn become the CEO of the Stones' Corporation?

What a pleasant surprise....

However, he held back his words... He wanted to suggest that his friend let go of his feelings for her. She was after all married..

But he said nothing... He knew his friend's pride had been wounded. Henry had always been a man of pride...

Since it was obvious Quinn had moved on, Henry could too...

Here was Kathleen, patiently waiting for him. Yet his mind was focused on someone else..

Wasn't it ironic.

"I'm going to find out if she's married. And even if she is, I'm going to get her back." Henry said resolutely...

What? Jake looked at him with a complex look.

"Are you out of your mind Henry?! She's married... Married!" Jake couldn't understand his friend's way of thinking.

Was he mad?

"Out of my mind? I'm not. Quinn was mine to begin with. Did she ask for my permission before getting married?" Henry argued stubbornly.

"You seem to be confused about something. How was Quinn yours? Pardon my vulgar language, but did fucking her while having a fiancee make her yours?" Jake decided to knock some sense into Henry's head.

Wasn't he getting ahead of himself?

"She has and will always be mine, Jake." Henry looked straight into his eyes.

Jake knew he couldn't convince his friend. His mind was already made up.

So stubborn...

He gulped down glass after glass of wine. Although he had drunk enough glasses at the club earlier,he wasn't satisfied.

And even though he got drunk,he could just sleep over at Henry's place.

He looked at his friend again and shook his head.

What a story...

It sounded so... pathetic.

Here was his friend lusting after his ex maid.

She wasn't even a maid anymore...
