WITHOUT HER.

Kylie's business was moving well, he employed new people in his company, they need more people to give them a helping hand in the company, few month later, they have a contract with one of the biggest company in France, he had to travel to France in two days to finalize the contract.

He told johnson about the contract and he told his brother to take the offer, he made arrangements for his daughter to stay with his brother while he was away, he took Mia around for a day, he know he no longer has more time for his daughter as before so he use that day to make her happy, father and daughter enjoyed their self to the fullest.

The following day, he dropped Mia in Johnsons house before going to the airport, he was looking so handsome in his black suit, wearing his sun shade, nobody could see his facial expression, he keep going over the contract again, he pray the contract will be given to their company, he walked to the hotel they booked for him in France, he will be having board meeting with them tomorrow, he prepare himself for the meeting he did not know why he wanted this contract badly.

He wake up early the following morning, when he get to the company he was scared at first but later put the fear aside and focus on his main reason for coming to france.

He walk elegantly inside the board room they all introduce themselves one after the other, different people from different company bidding for the same contract where also present in the meeting.

Everybody begin to defend their proposal one after another they are all convincing enough that the company were confuse who the contract should be awarded to, they later told them that they will get back to them in three days time.

While they are on their way out, a box of cookies was given to each of them, the other man with Kylie was amaze when he tasted the cookies, it so delicious I will like to know which company produce it he started checking the carton, Kylie also check the label on the carton and saw mara's name and her address on it, I will surely buy more of this before going home "you should Kylie said" do you know the maker the other man asked, no i don't but her name seems familiar, by the way am Williams, and you, am Kylie it nice meeting you, my pleasure answered Williams, they started gisting about their company's and all they eventually went to the hotel together.

The following day Williams begged Kylie to follow him to buy cookies using the address written on the label of the cookies, at first he refuse but he later accepted to go with him, William was happy, Kylie's keep convincing himself "he has moved on her present will not affect him at all"

When they get to the address, Kylie started to have a second thought, "should he just wait for William in the car instead" no i want to see her face for the last time, said Kylie to himself, William knock on the door while Kylie is at his back, levin was the one that opened the door, "wow they are even living together "Kylie murmur inwardly, you can come in, levin said not knowing that the other guy backing him was Kylie, please we are looking for miss mara, are we in the right place, asked William, levin smiled and answered yes hope we are safe, Williams smiles back and reply not at all, and where is she William asked, oh she is taking her bath, come in and have a sit she will join you shortly, as they enter the house Kylie was murmuring to himself "they are already having fun together, that very good of her".

He pulled himself he turned to face levin , Kylie!!! Levin exclaim, long time levin, Kylie said with a fake smile, am great please have your sit, Williams was giving Kylie's look of you said you don't know anything about the maker, but Kylie just look away, few minutes later mara walked inside the living room wearing a long fitted gown, holding a glass of juice, the glass cup dropped from her hand immediately she saw Kylie, it like a dream to her.

He keep staring at her while she also do the same, Williams tap Kylie by the shoulder. "You guy's know each other? Yes we use to know each other way back, he told Williams still staring at her. Wow she is so beautiful, Williams complement her beauty.

Now let go to business, miss mara I need fifteen cartons of your cookies, "can I be able to get it before three days, yes, you can be able to get it tomorrow, she was lost in thought, she can not believe her eyes right now that Kylie is sitting not too far from her and she can't touch him.

They finish talking and they proceed outside, mara and levin also followed them outside, who is she to you, Williams can't wait to ask him any longer, they are in front so they do not know mara and levin were still with them, she is my ex girlfriend, "and you are able to move on from her" she is so beautiful, William said, am doing perfectly well without her, we will see tomorrow then, mara said with her eyes filled with unshed tears.

William was surprise they we're still beside them when he ask Kylie about her, they drive out of the street, mara walked inside angrily and locked herself up in her room.
