Chapter 422 - Reluctant to Kill

“Discuss my a*s. Don’t even think of tricking me again! When I catch you this time, I will definitely…” Ye Qianhe was roaring behind. But he actually hesitated a moment halfway through his roar. What would he do when Ling Chuxi had been caught later? Torture her first and then force her to acknowledge him as her master? Ling Chuxi was eating half of a roasted rabbit when she saw Ye Qianhe rushing over with seething murderous intent.

“What were you eating? You finished so quickly.” Ling Chuxi exclaimed. She threw her roasted rabbit aside and started to run hastily.

“Why do you care about what I had eaten?!” Ye Qianhe gave a furious wail. Where would he get such skills as Ling Chuxi? Every time, he had simply caught some wild game and roasted them halfway through. He merely ate a bit and gave chase again. Now looking at Ling Chuxi leaving behind half of that golden fragrant roasted rabbit, it made him extremely angry.

Hold on. The golden fragrant roasted rabbit! Ye Qianhe saw half of the roasted rabbit left behind by Ling Chuxi and was unable to move anymore. He hesitated for a moment then rapidly turned his body to pick up that half-roasted rabbit. After that he chased after Ling Chuxi at full speed again.

Ling Chuxi ran for a stretch of road and realized suddenly that something was amiss. Why was this old pervert so quiet? Ling Chuxi turned her head and then saw Ye Qianhe taking a bite on half of that rabbit that she had left behind. He was biting on it until oil was flowing from the corners of his mouth and he was beaming with joy.

“Da*n it!” Ling Chuxi could not resist swearing. That was roasted by her. She herself did not even get to eat to her heart’s content, but Ye Qianhe was eating away blissfully. Eating the food that she roasted and he was still chasing her desperately with steady footsteps. There was really no justice, what kind of worldly law was this?!

Ye Qianhe very quickly finished biting into the roasted rabbit that Ling Chuxi left behind in two or three mouthfuls.
