The next few months flew by. In the meantime our pack house was finished and today it was time to say goodbye to our old pack, which is likely to be more difficult than expected.

I've gotten so used to this pack that I already miss the people who live here. Aurelia and Inala in particular have become good friends in recent months.

Aurelia has been gaining weight lately. Her stomach already looked as if she would burst at any moment. But that was no wonder. Finally, Alpha Arsenic actually managed to conceive identical twins. It's supposed to be boys again. I already felt sorry for Aurelia because she also had to take care of little Felia at the same time, who was also just six months old.

I've been supporting them quite a bit over the past few months, but that wouldn't be possible as of today. Especially when the twins come into the world, it should be really exhausting. I hope that Arsen will give you the right support there, even if he has a lot to do as an alpha. But after all, he wanted a whole football team. That means he has to live with the consequences.

I looked around again in this big circle around us. All of these pack members have somehow become my family. There was Cody and Marius, who announced after the fight that they were mates, which made me incredibly happy for them. Then there was Owen with his son Alex. Because of him he finally laughed again and joy came back into his life. There was also the beta couple Costa and Inala with their twins Sebastian and Elvira. Then the warrior doctor Lucas, also with Mate and son and his father Dr. Malcolm was there too. Steven's older brother Dave with his mate Diana and daughter Anna. Steven's parents Abigail and Jacob. And of course the alpha couple Aurelia and Arsen with their three children Arian, Steven and Felia, plus the two in Aurelia's belly. Of course there were more but with the ones I had enumerated I had made friends the most. I will miss all these people so much.

"I hope you know I'll come by at least once a week," Moona said, hugging her son and then Aurelia.

"I hope so, Mom." Alpha Arsenic smirked.

“After all, I have to visit my grandchildren regularly. Oh and don't you take care of the good Aurelia. Woe, she has to do it alone with all the children.", she threatened Arsen again.

"Yes, Mom." He feigned a little annoyance but kept grinning. Then Alpha Arsen stepped up next to Aurelia and put an arm around her waist.

"Don't worry Luna Moona. I will help her too. After all, I already have experience with twins.", Inala said and ruffled Sebastian's head, who then glared at his mother.

"I hope so," Moona retorted. Then she turned away and walked towards an already prepared car. Before she got in, she waved again. Most of the other hybrids had already pulled up and here only a few were left who said goodbye.

"So then. See you.", I tried to make this farewell short and painless. How I love farewells...

Steven and I walked up to another car just for the two of us and then got in.

My mate started the engine and when the car started to move, we all waved again. Then we started our new life.

"And what are we going to do with the eternity of our lives now?" I asked my mate. Honestly? I really couldn't imagine living another 1000 years. At some point it gets boring. But with my mate at my side, I'll do it.

"I know something," Steven said in a dark, raspy voice. Then he took one hand off the wheel and placed it on my thigh. He then drove it up, further to my private part.

"Steven!" I laughed. Then I shook my head in amusement. Again, he wasn't serious.

"What? In theory, we just need the two of us, so why not?"

"Because we have a pack to lead..." I argued again.

“Yeah, and with that we have responsibility and pipapo. But I guess I can still spend time with my mate."

"Yes, and we'll have more than enough of that."

Steven gave me a loving look once. Before he then focused on the road again and pressed his lips together. Aurelia told me that once and she was right. In fact, he always did that when he was concentrating. Kinda totally cute.

I can't wait to spend the rest of eternity with him.
